Wonderful house, excellent service, good food (if anything, the portions were too generous). The gardens are the highlight, flower borders, etc - much nicer version of England compared to the original. Development encroaching in the valley, but there isn’t much the hotel can do about that I suppose.

Check-in was efficient & straightforward, staff explained the facilities & dining selection available Welcome drink & hot towels were readied for everyone - Priya is commendable Housekeeping standards for the rooms are good, with the nice touch of towels for everyone The extra bed was setup without any drama & the staff takes the time to show you to the room & gives a brief description of the room amenities Ample parking available, a small garden with nice flowers & several areas to relax & chill in front of the fireplace A lot of effort must’ve been put in to update modern touches while maintaining the heritage & Tudor style Looking forward to EV chargers in the near future Breakfast is typical English, style & portions, & the buffet spread is decent

This is a quaint hotel in the Cameroon Highlands. Here you can enjoy high tea in the afternoon or in the evening you can sit before the fireplace and enjoy a drink. Because of the high elevation it is cool in the evenings so that you can sleep with the bedroom window open and enjoy the cool night air. The hotel has a classical feel with all the modern conveniences. The food is excellent in the restaurant. We will definitely come again if we are ever in the highlands again.

Hotel ini merupakan hotel baru, tetapi hal itu menambah pesonanya. Ada kamar luas di area umum tempat Anda dapat bersantai dan menikmati teh sore. Mereka juga mencuci mobil kami setiap pagi. Satu-satunya keluhan kami adalah makanan. Makanannya mungkin bisa lebih baik.

A classic english style from a long time ago. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and they thought about every detail. The prices are quite high, but if you want an experience this is the way to do it. The food and breakfast are very good with lots of fruit and choice. A price but worth it when you travel to cameron highlands.

We stayed at the lakehouse on 12 th and 13 th January. The design of the building is very British colonial. The room is very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The scenery is spectacular. Also have free car wash. Overall a very beautiful place. Next time i want to bring my family and stay in the suite at the top of the mountain.

I had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful rooms, stunning view, and away from the crowds. A little noisy during the day, but not a major issue. Highly recommended. The only criticism is that the toilet seems to emit an odd scent, which is understandable given the climate.

It was without a doubt the sweetest escape. It was our first visit to the cambriah hills, and im glad we chose the lakehouse. It was a very brief stay, but i really enjoyed it there. The place is wellkept, and the staff is extremely friendly. Its quiet and serene, and the food was decent. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Will definitely return.

The room was great except for 2 issues. Our water heater gave us about 2 minutes of hot water before leaving. The fridge gave problems. Apart from that, the service was excellent. Come here if you want a relaxing time with great service, tech free, blast from the past environment.
