Beautiful boutique hotel with really tastefully designed, spacious and functional rooms. I liked how each socket had a usb outlet. The room has stifling bathroom, nice daybed to relax in, and plethora of amenities including dr drip coffee and coffee machine! What stood out for me was the service staff, especially at the breakfast hall. Everyone was always friendly and enjoyed serving the guests. Kudos to the manager, sada, for being so considerate that she helped pack breakfast for my wife when we were rushing off for our activity. Our stay at labua and our first impression of bah made our stay even more special.

My stay at this luxury hotel exceeded my expectations. The room had a luxurious bathtub and shabby, generously sized bed, providing utmost comfort. Its prime location added to its appeal, making it convenient for exploring the surroundings. This hotel is the ideal balance of comfort and luxury thanks to the rooms lovely design, which added opulence. A fantastic choice for ensuring remembrance. Not to mention that the hotel made some adorable arrangements, as i have written stating that this would be our honeymoon stay in putting me in touch with them.

The boutique hotel is the best it can be, with rooms that are of 5 stars standard. The comfort and cleanliness are excellent, and there is a drinking water dispenser on each floor. Hotel only amenities are sytaya gym and coffee shop by the lobby. A few restaurants are located below the hotel, just stepping across the overhead bridge to the imago mall. Not in the center of kk, but if theres no traffic jam, its incredibly quick to get to city center.

Excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. The room faces the main room, and you can see a plane heading to kkia, an airport that is close by. Breakfast is served as if it were surrounded by ice cream shops, cereal and milk, coffee or tea that was refillable, etc. Main courses can be selected from seleccion of five. Im not sure unless they will change the menu every week. Ive been there for five days, but the options are unchanged. They have incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, their bed and pillow, which are neither too soft nor too firm. If necessary, you may request an iron and ironing board from reception.

The location is close to restaurants, excellent coffee, and very clean. Although there arent many food options for vegans, the chef was more than happy to whip up something delicious for me. They also sponsor a sun bear, which is incredibly helpful!.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, clean hotel with everything you need. The breakfast at la veranda was especially delicious. Great service and i love the breakfast spread.

The menu for breakfast is quite good. During peak hours, the place can get busy fast. Accessible entrances and exits from restaurants without a proper ramp for elderly people and babies.

Overall very good. The only thing is the room wall maybe not so thick because we can hear the neighbors business. We really love seeing the lobby/reception design. Beautiful and smells good, all staff here are friendly and professional. Thank you for your hospitality.

The design of this hotel was fantastic. There is hot water and good water pressure in the hot bath. The pillow is a little too soft and difficult to sleep on. Overall, i would rate it ok. However, the parking fee detracts from my expectations. It doesnt make sense that rm 30 per day is too expensive for hotel guests.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we may return in the future. I spent three nights with my wife to attend ota kinabalu conference. The hotel is right next to the main road, so if you are sensitive to noise, i would advise using an earplug. Since ive not noticed any during my visit, the hotel should also provide some for the guests. Other than that, although the glass wall that divides the toilet can be bothersome for noncouples because it is partially seethrough, there was no glass barrier between the room itself, which was otherwise of reasonable size. Two drinking bottles and rm 15 coffee maker with capsules were also provided. With the hotels water dispenser, you can refill drinking water on certain floors. Although the view from the motel was nothing spectacular or spectacular, finding eat was simple for us because the location is close to some excellent restaurants. However, parking was available, but you will be charged ringgit for basement parking and ringsgit per night for parking in front of the building. Despite my complaint with the front desk about adding my spouse as the second guest to our hotel bill, they were courteous enough. Even though it wasnt requiring her to do it, she had to insist.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the rm 30 parking fee per day is a dealbreaker. Walking distance to imago shopping mall is an advantage. There are restaurants behind and next to the hotel so you can easily find food.

It is conveniently located directly across from the crowded road, directly opposite the imago shopping mall. The hotel offers all of the necessities, including cafes and a gym. It falls under the Marriott bonvoy program, which is endorsed by design hotels as if it were branded as such. Not too far from downtown, the airport, and of course the beach.

I stayed here from 25th to 28th of december. The hotel condition is excellent, and the room design is very good, with a separate toilet and shower area. Service staff were friendly and quick to respond to your request. Location was good as it was around 10 to 15 minutes walk to all the famous restaurants and attractions in kk town. Thank you to the luma hotel for providing us with an enjoyable and memorable stay during our vacation. Highly recommended.

The rooms at this hotel were fantastic, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, soaring ceilings, and incredibly spacious bathrooms. Good shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or body lotion. The cafe downstairs serves delicious coffee. They do have nespresso machines and drip coffee in the room. I didnt like that they blocked the card reader making it inaccessible before checkout time, 12 pm. It was causing commotion because we were rushing to check out at 11.45 am. However, housekeeping service was excellent, the rooms were immaculate, an extra bed, as well as pillows within one to two hours. Although i would have preferred to have arrived sooner, we werent in reluctance, so thats fine. Overall, great hotel overall. There is room for improvement in terms of the checkout procedure. Without the trouble, it would be rated 5 stars for me.
