Karena saya melakukan perjalanan bisnis, saya kurang menikmati pelayanan dan fasilitas hotel. Lokasi hotelnya cukup strategis dan transportasinya nyaman. Di lantai bawah terdapat pusat perbelanjaan, supermarket, dan banyak restoran.

This is a very convenient hotel and not recommended for leisure. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities. A bit rundown. The food halls were always packed during meal times. The food was ok. The location is very difficult as its close to the city. This hotel is attached to a shopping mall. There is basement parking.

Lokasinya cukup sibuk. Siapa yang sedang mencari tempat parkir saat akhir pekan? Saya sarankan untuk pergi ke pusat perbelanjaan lain di seberang untuk mencari tempat parkir. Kemudian Anda bisa langsung menuju lantai satu pusat perbelanjaan tersebut.

The sink in my room was clogged. Apart from that, the room was spacious. I had a view of an apartment from which i could directly enter the apartment. So better to just close the curtain. Breakfast buffet, good selection, good taste too. Lunch buffet the main courses were good but the cake tasted stale.

Look up francis, he is probably one of the best hotel managers in malaysia. Be it 4 stars but he was patient, accommodating and helpful. The hotel was great, lots of locals, but everything makes it very malaysian and boleh.

Overall, its not a bad hotel to stay at, but there are many more hotels that offer the best services and rooms. This is my first time staying here. The hotel is on the top of a mall, and the lobby is on the 5th floor. Checkin was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Almost all the staff smile at everyone, which is a nice gesture to the guest. The room is clean but a bit dated. The air conditioning is not very cool, even at the lowest temperature. However, i still had a good sleep at night. The bed is fine, but the pillows are not too comfortable. To the hotel management, consider investing a bit on upgrading your pillow selection. Breakfast spread was not too bad but could be improved. The bread was too thick and too firm. But i love the coffee, which tastes really good.

Direkomendasikan bagi yang menyukai daerah setempat, tetapi hampir tidak ada orang Jepang, jadi jika Anda tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris, Anda memerlukan aplikasi penerjemahan. Tampaknya orang Jepang jarang ditemui dan saya berbicara dengan mereka dengan baik. Kamarnya tidak terlalu bersih mengingat penampilannya. Ada restoran di dalam hotel. Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa dengan nilai uang yang baik. Selain sulitnya menemukan tempat parkir pada jam sibuk karena terintegrasi dengan pusat perbelanjaan. Namun, petugas keamanan cukup baik dan membantu kami memindahkan barang bawaan kami dari tempat parkir ke lift sebelum kami pergi ke lobi. Terima kasih.

Ive been in a close relationship with him for a long time. We did reserve a group for an event in bukit jalan. We will be holding a big event soon. The recently renovated rooms and wellconnected shopping mall are great features of pearl international.

The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The toilet is spacious, and there is a bathtub. Just cleanliness can be improved in both the room and the toilet. And one of the teacups has been cracked for some time, but both staff and user keep using it. The pool water is too cold maybe could think of adding a heater. The staff are very kind, both housekeeping, maintenance and reception. She even gave me free parking as i parked my car there for three days straight. Transportation is easily available here and there is plenty of food within walking distance, so please give your car a break. Overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back and stay again in the future. Havent had the chance to try all the recommended restaurants around here. Keep up the good work!.
