This location is not suitable for wheelchair-bound handicapped travelers. Nothing more to praise than the lovely balcony-facing open sea vistas. We stayed in a four-room apartment. Each room had one broken bulb. The phone didn't work when I tried to contact maintenance. No hot water. The toilet's tiles were damaged. The pool was not maintained appropriately. The pool is filthy. The deepest pool is 9, but there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool stairs were missing. As a result, getting out of the pool will be difficult. The landscape is nice and well-kept. The amount they're charging is primarily due to the view, not the apartment's condition. Water from the sink was yellowish.

Keluarga saya menginap di Regency pada tanggal 12 Desember 2014 dan memiliki kamar yang bersih luas. Hanya saja, balkonnya agak kotor. Saya hanya ingin memberikan beberapa komentar 1 tidak ada penutup lubang bak mandi. 2 Tidak ada penutup saluran air. Telepon di kamar tidak berfungsi sehingga kami harus turun ke lobi jika perlu bantuan dari staff. Suasana sangat tegang hampir satu jam. Seharusnya ada pihak atasan turun padang menyelesaikan masalah bukan hanya memberi arahan melalui telepon namun sudah menjadi kewajiban pihak hotel untuk memastikan bilik siap dikemas sebelum jam 3 sore! Saya sangat kecewa dan marah dengan insiden ini. Masa terbuang di lobi hampir 2 jam karena bilik siap dibawakan. Saya diberitahukan oleh-oleh tetamu lain bahwa itu bukan pertama kalinya masalah ini terjadi. Hampir setiap tahun beliau menghadapi masalah yang sama tetapi tetap memilih resor karena lokasinya yang terletak di tepi pantai. Saya akan berkunjung lagi ke Regency tahun depan. Saya berharap masalah ini dapat diatasi segera. Terima kasih.

A variety of people who actually own apartments and live at this resort! People come here on weekends or holidays, book a room for 2 or 4, but bring the entire family 10 or more with their rice cookers etc. and expect much more than they know they paid for! This beach is the cleanest in Ad. sunsets are the best in Malaysia. Staff have been trying to get things rite since couid was introduced! The restaurant serves excellent food at reasonably priced prices. If you are not in support, please ask the resort for upgrades to suit you. Please respect the parking lot! Everyone is welcome here! We are all friendly, especially the old uncle lifeguard who saved many in the pool where the signs say 9 feet and no lifeguard is on duty!

This resort is run by a mix of people who own apartments and live here! People come here on weekends and holidays, book a room for 2 or 4, bring the whole family 10 or more with rice cookers and expect much more than they know they paid for! This beach is the cleanest in Ad. Sunsets are the best in Malaysia. Since couid came into play the staff is still trying to bring things right! The restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices. Use it! If you don't support, how the resort can upgrade for you. Also respect residence parking! We welcome everyone here! We are all friendly, especially the old uncle lifeguard who saved many in the pool where signs say 9 feet and there is no lifeguard on duty!
