The room is nice, clean, and well-designed. I love the vibe of this hotel; it feels warm and inviting, encouraging guests to stay a little longer. No wonder the name of this hotel is RuMa, which means Home. The service is personalized; that’s another thing that impressed me a lot. Terms & Conditions
In accordance to the Tourism Tax Act 2017, hotel guests are required to pay a Malaysia Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night as of 1 September 2017. This tax is payable at the hotel upon arrival and is not included the rates quoted above. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempted from this.
NOTE: Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.
