Lokasi hostel ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan tempat-tempat ramai dan juga dekat dengan masjid. Cocok untuk anak muda atau solo traveller. Namun, tidak disarankan untuk keluarga karena kamar mandinya berada di luar atau bersama dengan yang lain.

Staf yang paling ramah dan paling perhatian yang pernah saya temui sejauh ini. Bangunannya sangat besar: memiliki banyak kamar mandi dan toilet di mana-mana, dapur memiliki dispenser air dan lemari es besar untuk menyimpan makanan. Lokasinya juga luar biasa. Sangat dekat dengan bar, restoran bagus, dan jalan Armenia. Kamarnya kecil dan dindingnya sangat tipis sehingga Anda dapat mendengar semua yang ada di kamar lain. The hotel provides earplugs for this issue. The room is comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the bed is great. The location is great for visiting the city of georges, but we respect religion and the mosques loudspeakers are very loud. Very warm and professional welcome. Everything is well explained and a message for the activities was sent to us.

This place is fantastic. Its clean, and the room size is also good. There are enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us. In terms of location, it is good. There are many restaurants around, and there is a mall nearby that can be reached on foot.

Hostel ini jelas merupakan hostel yang bagus dengan harga. Lokasinya juga di Georgetown sehingga mudah diakses dan terdapat banyak restoran yang bagus. Semua stafnya ramah, dan jika Anda memiliki pertanyaan atau permintaan, mereka akan mengirimkan WhatsApp atau WhatsApp. Kamar queen memiliki tempat tidur besar, gantungan baju, dan kursi, serta tidak ada jendela. Kamar ini cocok untuk satu atau dua orang untuk menginap sebentar dan AC-nya kuat, tetapi sepertinya tidak dibersihkan, jadi ada sesuatu yang hitam jatuh. Saya sangat suka dengan tempat ini karena pelayanannya. Semua staf di sini sangat membantu dan ramah. Mereka juga memberikan saran tentang kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan selama berada di Penang dan tempat favorit penduduk setempat. Untuk kamar, saya menginap di lantai 2 dan kamarnya cukup rapi, bersih, dan nyaman untuk single dengan AC. Meskipun temboknya cukup tipis, itu tidak kedap suara. Namun, saya menghabiskan sebagian besar waktu saya di luar dan baru kembali ke kamar untuk istirahat, ditambah lagi dengan tetangga yang cukup sepi, jadi saya masih menikmati masa tinggal saya di sini.

+ The location is great! It's right in the middle of the actions. The bus stop is just a short walk. Many eateries and cute coffee shops are nearby. + The room is clean. + Bathrooms and toilets are enough. I never compete for toilet or bathroom during my stay. + The staff are all friendly and full of smiles. Joyce is particularly helpful and always ready to give ideas about where to go and see, and also latest news about events in Penang. + The hotel provides a digital mini guide book for guests and it's awesome! Even though I have been to Penang for several times, there are still some places I just found out from that mini guide book. The only cons is the musty smell in the room, which I usually smell after I come back from outside. However, the smell was gone after I turned on the AC.
