IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Please keep the kitchen neat and clean after used.
2. Please take the trash out before check-out.
3. Late Check out may impose additional charges of RM20/Hour
4. Strictly No smoking Inside the House. If found security deposit RM 200 will be burn.
5. Strictly No Party and no pets.
6. Please comply to Building House Rules to avoid being fine by Building Management
7. Facility is free to use on first come first serve basis with SOP and comply the rules and regulation.
8. Please Park at Designated Car park to avoid being Clamp
9. No Durian and Mangosteen.
10. No shoe in the house.
11. Please do take care the house property, if found any faulty will deduct from security deposit.
12. Guests are advised to switch off all lights, fan and air-conditioner when are not in use. Cleanliness of the homestay is to be always observed. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders. Safety of personal belongings is self-responsibility
