Hotelnya bersih, sangat bagus walupun merupakan hotel lama tapi masih tetap terawat dan harganya cukup terjangkau, pelayanannya cukup memuaskan dan sangat dekat dengan pusat bisnis dan menara kembar Petronas serta tempat makan yang cukup tersedia di sekitar hotel yang kurang disukai variasi makan sarapan paginya kurang bervariasi dan itu itu saja..internetnya cukup lambat sehingga agak susah untuk komunikasi ke pihak keluarga..

Hotelnya Sanjay baik!! Saya membeli voucher hotel melalui tiket.com Dan memilih kamar dengan termasuk breakfast. Namun Pada saat Saya Sampai ternyata tidak termasuk breakfast Dan ternyata TIKET. cOM menggunakan Jasa EXPEDIA. I keep complaining by calling cs tiket COM from 6pm until 6am and still they can do nothing. O Iya, Jadi yang mengeluarkan voucher Saya bukanlah tiket. Hotel dekat masjid, dekat tempat makan, dekat twin tower Petronas, pusat kota, Kamar luas, Kamar mandi bersih, ada dapur di kamar 2302 Cuman sarana lift agak kurang sehat (agar lebih diperhatikan oleh manajemen) & AC kamar tidak begitu dingin (hanya angin saja), untung AC ruang tengah sangat dingin. Nice place, in the middle of KLCC, close to Suria KLCC, Petronas Twin Tower, 10 minutes walk..they provide me with two bed rooms apartement with 2 bathroom with bath tube instead of executive room as my booking..bed rooms floor covered by carpet, while dinning and living room furnished by wooden floor..anyway, this my third time stay at Zone.. Breakfast quite good and delicous,..room rate?so so..not expensive and not cheap also..
