Hotel baru, nyaman, menarik, sangat nyaman untuk tidur dan langsung ke KLIA. Harganya terjangkau. Ada paket sarapan sekali. Sangat enak bisa langsung sarapan setelah keluar hotel. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Kamar tanpa jendela cukup luas dan tempat tidurnya cukup nyaman, tetapi pelayanannya benar-benar buruk. Jangan tinggal di sini kecuali Anda benar-benar diperlukan. Kami mengirim pesan WhatsApp ke pihak hotel pagi-pagi sekali untuk check-in karena kami diberitahu melalui pesan pemesanan. Kami tiba agak siang dan tidak diizinkan untuk check-in, jadi dia memberi tahu kami bahwa kami bisa masuk ke kamar jam 15:00. Kami sedikit terlambat sebelum jam 15:00 dan hotel tutup. Kami terus mengirim SMS dan menelepon nomor yang diberikan saat pemesanan dan akhirnya dia datang untuk membuka pintu. Akhirnya kami mendapatkan kunci kamar kami dan ketika kami bangun, masih ada seseorang di kamar kami yang membersihkan. Kami kemudian menerima kunci ke kamar lain, tetapi saya pikir kamar itu tidak pernah dibersihkan karena ada rambut di seluruh lantai kamar mandi, wastafel, toilet, saluran pembuangan, dll. Ada juga pengeboran dan palu dan kedengaran di kamar kami. Dinding sangat tipis sehingga kami terus terbangun di malam hari karena suara seseorang membuka pintu kami. Pukul 7 pagi, kamar hotel (dan seluruh lantai) langsung tercium bau asap rokok, sangat menjijikkan. Kami juga naik taksi ke hotel yang salah sebelum check-in karena alamat yang tertera di reservasi ternyata salah. Harganya juga relatif tinggi untuk lokasi dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Kami menginap di hotel lain di Kuala Lumpur dengan harga yang sama persis 2 bulan lalu dan kamarnya luas dan nyaman dengan pemandangan, dapur,
