1. You are not allowed to bring your own mattress/toto inside our house.

2. You are not allowed to change the arrangement of the house furniture.

3. Late check-out is not allowable. However under certain circumstances, upon our permissible for late check-out with charges of RM35.00 per hour until 5 pm. After 5 pm, a full day charge will be imposed.

4. Please take good care of the linen from stain (make-up stain, oil stain, blood stain, etc. Any obvious stain on the linen that can't be washed out, will be charged to you accordingly.

5. Only a light cook is allowed in the unit. Please clean up the kitchen after each usage. Smelly food such as lamb is not allowed to be cooked on the premise including petai, durian, and ikan masin.

6. Smoking inside the house/rooms/toilet is prohibited. If spotted smoke smells, a charge of RM200 will be imposed.

7. You are not allowed to eat or drink inside the bedrooms or living hall. A charges will be imposed for extra cleaning.

8. Don’t throw anything outside the premises (yard, balcony, window).

9. Please declare the number of the guests (adult, children, infant). If you are under-declared, additional charges will be imposed immediately of RM100.00 per person. We have CCTV outside the house to monitor the number of guests.

NO outside guest is allowed to visit unless declared and based on host approval. Additional charges may be imposed.

We shall be given the right to not allow you to enter the premise if we found more guests entering our premises.

10. Please ensure no one jump on the bed/sofa.

11. No alcohol, pork, and gambling inside premises.

12. Each unit will be given 1 house key and 1 access card (to access apartments compound & parking). Charge of rm50 for loss of each key, and rm100 for loss of each access card.

13. Silent time after 11 pm.

14. Guest should follow the Facilities Rules.

15. Any breakage or damage of any equipment or furniture will be charged accordingly.
