A). Before confirm your booking, kindly understand carefully our HOUSE RULES and agreed to strictly follow and respect on every clauses, to avoid from any unwanted penalty fees later.
B). After your reservation confirmed, We will sending all the check in details of the property in 2 days ahead of your check-in date via the group whats-app we have created.. During your check-in time, we also will be assisting you if you facing any unforeseen issues.
C). Please treat our lovely home in respective way as your home, and best remind that when you are staying in Airbnb, you are alike staying in someone’s private home, 5 stars hotel or resort service shall not be used as comparison. Please take a care on our property as what you care on your home ! Please make Homey Planet like your home & keep it clean & tidy as you in before, when you leave. We will try to provide a homey, comfy and safe staying place to all the guests. Anyhow, during the stay, safety of the guests during the stay is under the guest own responsibility, if during the stay, any accident happen and cause of any injuries include death, the host will be not liable for any claim or legal action.
A RM200 of Security deposit will be collected by bank in to host's Bank Account or Touch n Go e-wallet transferred before check in. This amount will be fully refunded if no dispute or damage after check out inspection.
1) Strictly NO SMOKING includes e-vaping inside the unit. Smoking only allows at the outside of the building.
2) NO Durian, Mangosteen & Dragon Fruits which the odor smell can contaminate the air con system & linen fabric.
3) NO party, event function, loud noise & music during the stay.
4) NO Pets are allowed.
5) NO Drugs / NO weapons
6) NO outside shoe and beach sands in the property
7) Strictly NO heavy cooking allowed only light instant cooking.
8) Ironing job only done on the board provided. If found any ironing mark on other area, penalty will imposed.
9) DO not shifted any heavy furniture without the host consent. This will cause damages to the furniture, floor and wall scratches.
10) If any items was missing or broken, please inform us immediately with photos to avoid misunderstanding & dispute. This will be fair to the host & the guests.
11) If violated on any clauses above House Rules, The Penalty will be fined by money request via airbnb..
12) If any key or card lost, guest need to pay RM100 for every single Item lost.
13) Our check in time is 3.00pm & checkout time is 11.00am. If late checkout more than 30 min without the host consents, it will be charged base on RM50 / hour
14) Kindly book the EXACT NUMBER of guests staying include adults, children and infants. The beds will be arranged accordingly to the number of guest booked. Any extra guests/ extra beds request will be charged RM30 (Pre-inform before 3.00pm.)
Any visitor stay after 10.00pm need to declare to the host up front. If not , we will consider as staying guest and if under declare staying guest found , there will be charges.
15) Pls shut off all the air-cons, water heater and other electricity when not in use.
