I had a safe and wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. The room is good, the location is good, the wifi is good. I enjoyed the shower. Near the bukit bintang. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

This is a nice spot if youre a cheap tourist or someone just got hooked up for the night. Its within walking distance of everything you want in kl, but its not really a comfortable stay.

Pelayanan yang buruk. Mereka membatalkan reservasi kami ketika kami berada di lokasi karena mereka menagih kartu kredit kami dua kali. Setelah 2 jam kami berhasil mendapatkan uang kami kembali (bahkan tanpa menawari kami segelas air atau tempat duduk). Setelah itu kami mencoba membayar jumlah sebenarnya dan mereka memberi tahu kami bahwa harganya telah naik (mereka bahkan mencetak faktur kami dengan nilai sebenarnya tetapi mereka ingin menagih kami 50% lebih banyak). Ketika kami ingin berbicara dengan manajer, staf check-in memberi tahu kami "dia pasti sedang tidur" (jam 1 siang). Tempatnya menjijikkan, baunya tidak enak dan lokasinya dikelilingi tikus. Logikanya kami tidak membayar selisih ini dan kami lebih memilih pergi ke tempat lain. TIDAK DIPERCURKAN!

The hotel is located along jalan berangan and very close to the famous Changkatraja chullan for its nightlife. It is a nice clean hotel with comfortable facilities. It shares the same building as the restaurant of nawab. It is a good place to stay near the city center. Accepts both cash and credit cards.

We will return. This is a really nice place to stay, just a short stroll from times square, lot 10, sungei wang, and bintang. Easy grab vehicle. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Its a pleasant stay, with a decent location and comfortable beds for me. The customer service is also excellent. Thank you from sabah.
