Suasana tenang, tidak ramai orang. Bangunan baru belum siap, jika sudah siap harus ramai lagi. Kolam renang terbaik, air bersih. Kursi kolam baru. Landscape bagus.

I stayed here on two separate occasions. If youre on a tight budget, consider booking a pool view room. Its more contemporary and fresh. The king room, though, was fine. The service was commendable. The checkin and checkout processes went smoothly. Additionally, there is a water dispenser available in the common area.

Kamar yang bagus di sebelah kolam renang, bersih dan berfungsi dengan baik. Satu-satunya masalah adalah kebisingan keluarga Malaysia yang datang dengan sekelompok anak-anak yang mengambil alih kolam, tetapi yang terpenting adalah mereka berteriak dan berbicara sangat keras dari sore atau malam hingga tengah malam.

All good. Close to the center, grocery, and sea. We had a lovely room on the top floor with a side balcony. Sometimes it was noisy because our room faced the road, and some night riders had to push the engines to their limit. Water and towels are provided.

Fasilitasnya agak ketinggalan jaman, namun staf sangat baik dalam mendengarkan kebutuhan kami dan melakukan penyesuaian agar masa menginap kami lebih menyenangkan. Kami memutuskan untuk memperpanjang masa tinggal kami selama 4 hari lagi. Lokasi yang bagus dan toko bebas bea lokal merupakan nilai tambah yang besar.

Akomodasi terlihat rapi di luar. Kamar pertama kami diganti sesuai permintaan karena sprei ada noda dan bau apek yang menyengat. Kamar lainnya baik-baik saja tetapi tidak dapat diterima untuk perbandingan harga. Kami bertanya pada diri sendiri apakah pulau Langkawi layak dikunjungi Sama sekali bukan untuk kami! Kawasan utama Cenang sama sekali tidak indah.

There is free parking available, but you must paint the lines. There are no visible security measures and no gate at the entrance or exit. I havent seen any security guards around and the guard house is empty every time i pass by. The whole premise is open to access. The room door only has a simple key lock at the door knob. Safety is important as anyone could easily break in or duplicate the key. The out sign painted on the wrong side of the entrance misleadingly drives visitors to go further inside the premise looking for the in sign. The room on the third floor is spacious. There is no lift, by the way, for people with heavy or bulky luggage. The room has plenty of space for luggage and movements. The table and wardrobe are large enough. Small tv screen with limited channels. Has both ceiling fan and wallmounted air conditioning, but the air conditioner takes very long to cool the room. For light sleepers, the air conditioner, mini fridge and ceiling fan can be noisy, but its fine for me. The bathroom sapce is decent. However, there is no shelf for toiletries in the shower area. The biggest problem for me is the water pressure too low for showering. Spent more than double the usual duration of showering due to very little water from the showerhead. Its good that the ventilation window has a mosquito net. Even has 2 power outlets in the bathroom. Room cleaning is every day around noon, you have to be in to refuse it if you dont want them to enter as there is no dnd sign.

Saya memberikan 4 bintang untuk taman yang megah, keheningan, dan kolam renang. Kami mencari waktu yang sangat lama untuk memiliki semuanya sekaligus. Kamar gratis, showernya dipadukan dengan toilet, tapi luas, masalah langsung teratasi. Handuknya tipis, hari terakhir terlihat seperti kain sintetis. Air hanya disediakan sekali, kemudian Anda dapat mengambilnya dari filter yang terpasang di dekat resepsionis. Gel mandi dan sampo hanya gelembung-gelembung kecil dan tidak diganti. Kolam renang dengan air laut yang ditutup bersyarat. Orang-orang tetap berenang meskipun ada tanda Tertutup. Di malam hari dengan cahaya biru yang indah. Pagi harinya burung berkicau nyaring, tupai berjingkrak. Secara keseluruhan, saya dan anak-anak senang! Saya merekomendasikan!

The facilities were a little outdated, but the staff was amazing in listening to our needs and making adjustments to make our stay more enjoyable. We decided to extend our stay by an additional four days. Great location and local duty free places are a major plus.

The rooms are spacious, lovely, and wellmaintained! The bathroom is spacious and clean! The receptionist is friendly, and the housekeeping is good. This hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The lodge is located behind the shop lots, so it is not noisy, but if you forget to spot the sign, you might miss the turn. Great for trips with friends! Will be back! Very satisfied!.

The location is close to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and close to the mall. The staff is polite and good at serving customers. But the cleanliness is not perfect, but its okay. The water pressure is low. The wifi in the room is terrible. No breakfast.

I got a new room on the first floor. The balcony was very functional for drying clothes. No free toiletries other than shower gel and shampoo. Quick check in and check out, quite a size of pool they got. Other restaurants are just walking distance from the hotel. So convenient. I hope they can improve more after this, overall the price matches the facilities.
