The location is good and nearby with almost all the attractions places (walk distance) . The room was clean and complete with very exclusive toilets for me. The bed & pillow was comfortable and what the most surprisingly is they provided leg massage machines in the room!!!!!! Very very recommended!

部屋が広く、メイドの女性客も親切でした。部屋内に冷蔵庫はないですが、TV、湯沸し器、冷房機があり、ミネラルウォーターサーバーはロビーにありました。周辺は、飲食店かあり、外貨両替店、夜には夜市が開かれます。とても良い場所でした。

the room rate is acceptable and the staffs are very nice. We arrived ipoh in the morning, we put our luggages at the concierge and the staff called us once the room was ready for check in. A very pleasant experience

The room was pretty comfy and clean. the receiving area was also fine and the staff I have encountered with were all helpful and kind. They could maybe improve on the outlook of the lobby outside the rooms. It was eerie walking from the lift to the rooms especially coz I was in block B. Otherwise, it was worth the price and very convenient to go around the city.

Location of the Hotel is convenient to go everywhere by foot. When we reach the hotel, we are told that the room we book is down due to the airconditioning, thus they 'upgrade' us to a bigger room, we agree but when we arrive to our room, one queen mattress is on the floor and its smaller than expected. Also, the Room Facilities not so good, the toilet is pretty dark(we have old people) and the metal rack where the place the towel basically rust and cause our towel to be stained, i have to call the reception to get more new towels. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Generally is the condition of the room.
