Saya menghabiskan RM 450 dan tidak bisa meminta tempat tidur kosong. Tidak ada yang menelepon. Kami duduk di lantai 450 dan tidak bisa membatalkan pesanan. Sangat buruk.

My best stay in malaysia! Premium price but worth it with the service we get from the staff. We couldnt get the straight 3 nights stay in one accommodation and were willing to change rooms after 1 night. Customer service was very nice to accommodate and did the booking for me over WhatsApp. Breakfast on the second day we got our own beverage for the children as there was only tea or coffee served, the staff was nice to make the drinks for the children. We asked that drinks be served only after the food arrived and this was followed up on all the mornings we had breakfast. The hotel is relatively new (opened in september 24, the surroundings, room condition and amenities are still new and in good condition. Hopefully it stays this way and maintained well for as long as it is in operation as this is very important for the hospitality industry.

We recently stayed at the Zen by Stellar, cambridge for 2 days and 1 night, and i want to express my sincere gratitude for the thoughtful hospitality we received. Traveling with my father, who uses a wheelchair, and accommodating my daughters request for a vegetarian meal could have been challenging, but the team handled everything with genuine care and attention. Thank you again for your efforts to make our stay comfortable despite the challenges. We look forward to returning in the future, and we hope to see even better accessibility improvements next time.

Baru-baru ini saya menginap di sini dan jujur saya memiliki perasaan campur aduk. Meskipun ada beberapa hal positif, beberapa masalah utama membuat pengalaman ini tidak sesuai harapan, terutama mengingat harganya yang mahal. Hal positif: Pengalaman naik perahu uap benar-benar lezat dan sepadan dengan harganya. Stafnya sopan, profesional, dan tempatnya selalu bersih. Saya senang karena ada saluran telepon dengan seseorang yang siap membantu jika kami membutuhkan bantuan. Hal-hal yang tidak begitu positif: Kami bahkan tidak diizinkan mengambil air setelah check-out, yang terasa tidak masuk akal mengingat berapa banyak yang kami bayar per malam. Harganya terasa terlalu mahal untuk apa yang ditawarkan secara keseluruhan. Ada pembatasan waktu malam dan kami bahkan tidak diizinkan untuk nongkrong di lorong lebih lama bahkan saat kami tidak mengganggu siapa pun. Selain itu, kami harus pergi tepat jam 1 pagi, yang terasa kaku dan sedikit tidak adil. Kedap suara buruk Anda dapat mendengar semua yang terjadi di luar kamar (bahkan dengan Sora Villa) yang benar-benar mengganggu ketenangan. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun layanan dan makanannya patut diacungi, peraturan yang ketat dan kurangnya fleksibilitas membuat masa inap terasa kurang menyenangkan dari yang diharapkan. As the name suggests, this location is hidden away in a secluded area away from the main roads. In fact, even with navigation apps, we happened to stumble across the front entrance by chance because there were no signs. We are checked in right away and taken to our tent. I attempted booking the villas, but they are very popular, especially for families with young children. It was very peaceful and quiet. We decided to stay the entire time and enjoy the solitude, so we took all of our meals here, including dinner. The food was delicious, and despite the need to break fast, the team did their best to accommodate everyone during the busy dinner hour, so kudos to the team! Our tent was a bit small and cramped, but it was very clean and we spent a lot of time sitting outside to enjoy the cool weather. There was no attached bath so we had to use the nearby shared bathroom. This was also kept very clean, and they even had hot water. The amenities provided were also quite good. Its perfect for a weekend getaway because the night temperature dropped so low and we really enjoyed it.

Pengalaman menginap saya di resor ini sungguh luar biasa! Pemandangannya luar biasa dan suasananya sangat nyaman, menjadikannya tempat yang sempurna untuk bersantai. Salah satu hal yang paling berkesan adalah kimono gratis yang sangat cocok untuk mengambil foto-foto indah. Sarapan disajikan dengan indah, meskipun rasanya tidak terlalu istimewa. Staf sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian, menambah pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan secara keseluruhan. Duduk di luar sambil menikmati semilir angin benar-benar menenangkan. Secara keseluruhan, resor ini sangat direkomendasikan, terutama bagi mereka yang menyukai fotografi dan suasana damai!

Saya menginap di Yama Villa selama semalam setelah check-out dari Stellar GoldenHill (SGH). Villa ini jauh lebih besar dari campervan. Memiliki pemanas portabel dan pemandangan gunung yang indah. Sarapan dan makan malam Jepang gratis juga terasa luar biasa. Tapi tidak ada camilan larut malam seperti di SGH.

We had a truly memorable experience at zen, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Our tent was clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast and dinner were well planned, as was the experience of making japanese costume and lacquer fan. The most notable features are the convenience of having an ev charger available. Its a great addition to the area and helps with my ev needs. Thank you for providing excellent service during our stay.

Pengalaman di Yama Villa mahal 1200 dan malam, tapi melihat bahwa itu adalah sesuatu yang tidak saya temukan di tempat lain di Malaysia, menurut saya itu sepadan. Ini seperti tinggal di tenda berteknologi tinggi dengan pemandangan alam yang luar biasa. Pada akhirnya ini masih semacam tenda, jadi jangan berharap terlalu banyak. Tapi secara keseluruhan rasanya seperti berada di Jepang selama tetangga Anda tetap diam (ingat tenda Tapi secara keseluruhan. Zen!

Tempat yang sempurna untuk liburan yang damai. Pasti akan kembali. Ketika melangkah langsung terasa Zen dan saya dan teman-teman merasa wow dengan seluruh infrastrukturnya. Petugasnya sangat lembut dan membantu. Saya suka mereka bekerja ekstra, bahkan disediakan masker mata. Breakfastnya juga luar biasa! Kekurangannya adalah toilet bersama dan kita bisa mendengar percakapan tenda berikutnya. Dan ada acara yang sedang berlangsung jadi kita harus mengendalikan kebisingannya.

The tent style is very small and probably overpriced. With that price you can stay much better. Breakfast is only 4 options but the beef is pretty good with nadou, dinner is also a bit overpriced. Night time it gets noisy as the environment is not that quiet. Shared toilets are fine. If you want to share a toilet you have to choose rm 1200 and above which again i feel overpriced. Maybe just to experience once only.

The journey to cambodia highland is terrible, but once we got there, it felt worthwhile. It took us over 5 hours to get there because it was during the busiest time of year kings birthday and holiday. The jam was so bad. Zen was so quiet and peaceful, it was quite new and wellkept, but there were lots of flies! We were able to try their tea mocktail, dinner, hotpot with grill, and breakfast. Our yama suite is tidy and roomy, especially the balcony with onsen offers the best views of the hills and gardens! A onceinalife experience is a japanesestyle resort x luxury glamping. Service can be slow at times, but they did a great job sending us to the next location because the jam was so bad we couldnt get a car. Next to us is a strawberry farm. Try it, its fun, and the strawberry was delicious. Inhouse guests receive complimentary kimono suits, the sun gets hot in the morning, but at night the weather is cold. So bring jackets. As it is high in the hills, climbing up does leave us breathless. I highly recommend trying it once in a lifetime.

In December, we went to cambodia for our honeymoon, and it wasnt too busy, making it the ideal time to go. With the bbq Dinner and Tea Ceremony package, we spent two nights at sorra villa, and it was a truly delightful experience. The rooms are cozy, but not very soundproof, making a quieter period like this invaluable. Jason deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our stay was exceptional. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return whenever we need a peaceful, zen getaway. Highly recommended!.

I had a fantastic stay at the Zen by Stellar! The staff was extremely friendly and made checkin easy. The room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the place. The bed was very comfortable, and i loved the sora villa. The hotel has a restaurant, and the breakfast was delicious with a 4/5 menu. The location is perfect qaseh manis and strawberry farm, but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would definitely stay here again!.
