Guests with good etiquette, treating the apartment like their own home will be much appreciated.
Beyond that, here are few important house rules :-
We will need to collect a RM200 for the deposit, deposit will be refund back once check out for no damage and loss.
- No Smoking ( will be fine RM500 if smoking inside the house)
- No Durian
- No Alcohol
- No Outdoor Shoes in the House
- No pet allowed
- No food or drink in the bedrooms
- Do keep all the windows and doors closed when no one is in.
- Please turn the voice volume low after 10:30PM
- Light cook allowed, please clean up after every usage
- For any smelly rubbish or left food, kindly please help to pack it properly by trash plastic, as put it to the refuse room beside lift.
- Access Card and car park access card are to be kept soundly.In the unfortunate event of misplacement, a replacement fees of RM150 (per card) fee will be charges.
- Much appreciated if the air-conditioning and other electrical appliances are turned off before leaving the apartment.
- to ensure sufficient time to perform thorough cleaning for next coming guest, we appreciate on time check out
- additional charges will be applied for late check out Rm30 for every 30 mins late)
