Excellent hotel. The staff is excellent because they booked us a taxi for a nearby mall and assisted us in all other matters. Additionally, the location is excellent, with everything nearby, including malls and other tourist attractions, and there is a shot and restaurant a few steps away from the hotel, which is a great help if you prefer not to travel to the main city. The rooms are excellent, but there isnt a refrigerator, but the bed and other items are excellent and tidy, and the rooms are enormous. If you want spacious, spotless, and excellent rooms and bathrooms, and are conveniently located, this hotel is ideal.

Hotelnya bagus, stafnya ramah, saya sering menginap di sana kalau bepergian ke Singapura, saya pasti memilih Zen hotel, lalu disana saya dapat sarapan dan harganya murah tapi bukan murahan, setelah itu jarak dari hotel ke imigrasi Singapura cukup dekat, bisa jalan kaki saja.

I stayed here with two of my friends for one night. The room is very spacious and has nice flooring. I didnt really expect a budget hotel with detailed flooring. The air conditioning is cold even during the day. However, the service was a bit bad as they took a long time to search for our room key. The location is quite secluded but very close to restaurants and famous places nearby. Parking is also easily available. The outside can be quite scary at night.

Saya sering menginap di hotel ini jika sedang berpergian ke Singapura. Saya pasti memilih Zen hotel lalu disana saya mendapatkan sarapan dan harganya murah tapi bukan murahan. Jarak dari hotel ke imigrasi Singapura cukup dekat, hanya bisa berjalan kaki saja. Hotelnya bagus, stafnya ramah, saya sering menginap di sana kalau lagi berpergian ke singapura. Saya pasti memilih penginapan ZenZeng Hotel lalu disana dapat sarapan dan harganya murah tapi bukan murahan.

Hotel ini harganya murah tapi fasilitasnya tidak murahan. Kami memesan kamar Family suite, kamarnya luas, dapat 2 tempat tidur queen. Fasilitasnya termasuk TV, wifi, AC, water heater, air minum isi ulang sepuasnya, kopi instan, dan perlengkapan mandi. Resepsionisnya juga ramah. Saat check-in, kami diminta deposit RM 50 (nanti akan dikembalikan saat pulang), dan pajak turis asing RM 10 (kalau ini tidak dibalik in). Lingkungannya sepi, cocok untuk istirahat, ada tempat makan enak di sekitar situ, kedai seafood dan kedai Sabahan. Direkomendasikan bagi yang membutuhkan penginapan di sekitar Johor Bahru!

For only lowcost hotels, check the pillows and blankets first. They simply flip it to see the pillow that was clean because ours was filthy. The bathroom is adequate, and the air conditioning is good. The shower is only at neck level. There is no bottled water in the room. Its a really good place to sleep. We have to constantly use grab because there is no nearby bus station. Grab is quick and reasonably priced. A 50 rm deposit is required, and it will be refunded after you check out.
