We found our second home in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Nika Island! The staff, the water villa, the island itself and it's facilities, the food, the ambience. It's all just simply perfect. They kept the essence of the Maldivian way of living, architecture and luxury without being primitive. I mean, we've seen a lot of islands that dropped a 5 star resort on a Maldivian island, but that does NOT make sense. If you want the luxury you have at home, or at a Hilton hotel, stay home. If you want to experience luxury Maldivian style, with a lot of zen and relaxed vibes, come to this place. Time will standstill. You have to take a notch down and slow things down. There are no gas powered things on this island, all electric. They filter their own water to save plastic consumption. They are very enviorement aware and try to keep everything how it should be. Thank you Nika!

Overall we were quite satisfied with Nika Resort we rated it 4 out of 5. Most staff were friendly and the food was of high standard. PROS - Value for money, smaller more intimate resort with not too many guests, very accommodating as I have various dietary restrictions. Rooms in good condition. Also stunning views and amazing reefs. CONS - expensive food and tours. We had one tour booked to rashdoo reef and it was extremely choppy. Instead of cancelling/rescheduling the tour they still went ahead. On the tour we were trying to swim with strong currents and we had 3 poor swimmers (out of 5) in the tour which was hard. Because it was so windy and choppy the water was very murky and there were not that many fish. The most annoying thing was the staff made it out to be amazing without admitting the less than ideal conditions. Just another note the resort will charge you whenever they can (which is understandable) so just ask the staff if you are unsure. Examples are water with meals, tea and coffee from the bar. On our departure we also had to pay for our last buffet meal so if in doubt just ask. The staff members that are assets are the wait staff, Victor and the chefs they were extremely accommodating. However some of the tour staff and reception area staff were sometimes abrupt. Highly recommend this resort to anyone as we had an amazing experience. The villas are beautiful and the island is very scenic. We would go back if we had the opportunity. Well done Nika Resort

3. Limitations
•The All-inclusive packages do not include the following:
•Food and beverages not listed above and beverages served from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM
•Food and beverages served in the room and all drinks from the mini-bar except water

4. All Inclusive meal plan Policies and Procedures
•All types of beverages are for the personal consumption only, served one glass as a time, and should be ordered from the main bar, beach bar/coffee shop or restaurant bar.
•Beverages , whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic can be ordered one glass at a time at the time it will consumed.
•The resort cannot be held responsible for the facilities and services whch cannot be used due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the property's control.
•The property's procedure requires billing for all consumption of food and beverages as well as for all other services. All guests are required to sign in the bills that are presented with any service provided.
•The benefit of the package can be enjoyed from 02:00 PM on the guest's arrival date until check-out or check-out time of 12:00 PM. In case the transfer gets delayed or gets to the property in advance due to transfer scheduling, the clients are not able to claim the benefit packages anymore.
•All-inclusive food and drinks cannot be taken away from bars or restaurant.
