Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the green tax surcharge of USD 12 per person per night. If not mentioned on your accommodation pricing, it will be collected additionally at the resort upon your arrival directly
Honeymoon Courtesies:- Flower decoration on bed on arrival, chocolates and bottle of wine are offered for guests staying minimum of 4 nights.- Flower decoration on bed on arrival, chocolates and bubbles with canapés are offered for guests staying minimum of 7 nights.
Basic All-inclusive (All Inclusive):

• A 20% discount for dinner at any of our à la carte restaurants excluding Island Coffee Shop. Please note reservations are required 24 hours in advance..
• Afternoon Refreshments: enjoy a selection of snacks and local delicacies, thoughtfully paired with your choice of tea or coffee at Island Coffee Shop and Inguru restaurant. Served daily from 15:00 to 17:00 hrs.
• Beverages available in all Restaurants & Bars: All soft drinks, canned juices, wide selection of branded spirits (except premium labels), signature Kuramathi cocktails and mocktails, an exclusive range of wines by the glass (red, white, and rosé), draught beer and Kuramathi water (still and sparkling).
• Villa Mini Bar: In-villa mini bar conveniently stocked with a selection of soft drinks, beer, juices, and Kuramathi water.
• Snorkelling & Windsurfing Equipment:
Snorkelling Gear: High-quality snorkels, masks, and fins are available at Aqua Sports & Excursions, ensuring you are fully equipped for your underwater adventures.
Windsurfing Equipment: Enjoy complimentary use of windsurfing gear for up to one hour per day at Aqua Sports & Excursions. A mandatory safety check is required before use, and professional lessons are available for an additional fee.
• Excursion: A visit to the neighbouring island of Rasdhoo is included once per stay for each guest. When exploring local islands, we kindly request that ladies dress modestly by covering their shoulders and knees.


Festive Supplement:
The hotel has mandatory charges for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve to be paid directly at the resort. Christmas Eve supplement of USD 150 and USD 100 applies for adults and children respectively, on the night of December 24. A New Year supplement of USD 200 and USD 135 applies for adults and children respectively, on the night of December 31. All supplements are subject to a 10% service charge and 17% GST.

Seaplane Transfers:
Combined roundtrip Seaplane transfers via Airport, US$ 380.25 per adult & US$ 257.40 per child. Seaplane transfers from Male’ International airport to Kuramathi is usually scheduled between 06:00 hrs to 15:30 hrs.  There are no evening or night transfers to Kuramathi.  For arrivals in the evening / night, it is recommended to book an overnight stay at a hotel in Male’ before joining the first available transfers for the next day.  Duration of the transfers by seaplane is 25 minutes. Upon your arrival at Velana International Airport directly from your international flight please meet with our Airport Hosts holding up the resort sign, right opposite the arrival hall exit. If you are coming from an overnight hotel, please proceed directly to Universal Resorts Counter #A5 opposite Terminal 2. Our Airport Hosts will welcome you and assist you further with your onward transfer to the resort.
Transfers:
The property will arrange for a round-trip transfer by Seaplane or Speedboat to Kuramathi Island from Malé International Airport as below. Only one mode of transfer can be booked. Guests are required to provide their flight details and estimated check-in time upon booking, at least 72 hours prior to arrival along with the preferred mode of transfers. Transfer price is not included in the room rates and must be paid directly to the property.

Speedboat Transfer:
Combined roundtrip speedboat transfers via Airport, US$ 167.31 per adult & US$ 83.65 per child. Speedboat transfers from / to Kuramathi are combined transfers and takes approximately 75 to 90 minutes. There are three transfers available daily as per below timings and guests may have to wait at the airport upon arrival to take the next available transfer.

AIRPORT to Kuramathi: (ARRIVALS)
• Departure from Male Airport at 10:30hrs for flights that arrive into Male Airport between 06:00hrs and 10:00hrs
• Departure from Male Airport at 14:00hrs for flights that arrive into Male Airport between 10:00hrs and 13:30hrs
• Departure from Male Airport at 16:30hrs for flights that arrive into Male Airport between 13:30hrs and 15:30hrs Arrivals after 15:30hrs (3:30pm) must book their own accommodation for arrival night and we arrange transfer to Kuramathi the following day.

KURAMATHI to Airport: (DEPARTURES)
• Departure from Kuramathi at 06:00hrs for flights departing Male between 09:00hrs and 12:00hrs
• Departure from Kuramathi at 09:00hrs for flights departing Male between 12:00hrs and 17:30hrs
• Departure from Kuramathi at 14:30hrs for flights departing Male after 17:30hrs Our transfers connect with international flights that depart after 09:00hrs (9:00am) and as such, guests departing on international flights that are scheduled to depart before 9am will need to leave the resort the day before, with an overnight stay closer to the airport.
