Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan kepada semua teman saya untuk mengunjungi Westin Resort. Tinggal di Westin Resort benar-benar merupakan pengalaman paling menakjubkan dalam hidup saya. Mulai dari penjemputan dan pengantaran dari Bandara MLE, Mr. Shannon dan Mr. Santo sangat ramah dan terorganisir dengan baik dalam perjalanan menuju Westin Resort. Sesampainya di Westin Resort, para staf menyambut kami dengan hangat. Terima kasih khusus kepada Tuan George, yang menunjukkan kepada kami seluruh resor dan memperkenalkan semua fasilitas. Berbicara dalam bahasa yang sama tidak mengenal batas. Terlebih lagi, saya mengalami sengatan matahari pada hari terakhir meskipun kami sudah memeriksa resor. George masih membawa saya ke ruang medis dan memberi saya lidah buaya untuk meringankan rasa sakitnya. Sangat dihargai. Selama kami menginap, Chef Min menunjukkan keramahan yang luar biasa kepada kami. Membuat masakan lezat setiap hari, domba tandoori, kepiting cabai, pai krim seafood, sate. Terlalu banyak lagi. Pak Anupum dan Bu Sally merawat kami dengan baik di dapur pulau setiap kali kami datang. Pak Ahlam menemani kami di hari terakhir, terima kasih untuk kalian semua yang memperkaya perjalanan kami di Westin. Singkatnya, setiap staf di resor ini benar-benar luar biasa, ramah dan siap membantu. Dan lingkungan, suasananya membuat kita begitu rileks, menjauh dari keramaian kota dan menemukan kedamaian batin. Pasti akan merekomendasikan kepada semua teman saya untuk mengunjungi Westin.

This hotel was amazing. From when we got there, checkin, the entire staff. We were treated very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We went to celebrate our 10 years anniversary and Honeymoon and we were just wowed by the service and hospitality. Thank you so much for all you did for us we are so greatful and we will definitely come back.

Pulau yang indah dengan banyak tanaman dan pepohonan palem, bungalow-bungalownya sangat modern. Makanan berkualitas tinggi dan koki siap memenuhi semua kebutuhan. Staf layanan bisa lebih terkoordinasi dalam mengalokasikan meja, tetapi selain itu mereka sangat perhatian saat menerima pesanan. Yang mengejutkan adalah ada banyak manajer di area layanan, tetapi kesediaan mereka untuk membantu selama jam sibuk terbatas! Ini bisa lebih baik karena juga mencerminkan jumlah staf layanan. Saya telah melihat hasil yang lebih baik di pulau-pulau lain.

My wife and I recently enjoyed our belated honeymoon at the beautiful Westin Miriandhoo, an idyllic destination that provided us with an unforgettable experience. Our stay truly lived up to our expectations of paradise, and we will always cherish our memories and hope to return. The marine life at Miriandhoo is so impressive that you can observe fish whilst snorkelling in shallow, wadeable waters—a natural beauty that perfectly set the scene for even more memorable moments. In particular, Hussaine at Hawker brightened our days at Westin at lunchtime by alerting us whenever dolphins approached the shore. He is one of the staff members who welcomed us warmly and made our stay very special. The Westin staff consistently exceeded our expectations with their top‐notch hospitality. Anticipating our needs before we even asked, they guided us to the gym’s shower facilities and arranged buggy lifts whenever they spotted us heading towards the various amenities—an especially thoughtful touch given our late return flight. Our check‐out experience was equally memorable; even after we returned our keys, the staff remained exceptionally welcoming, allowing us to unwind with drinks on the beach beds and by the pool.

Every positive review is accurate. Upon arrival via seaplane, we were greeted by a group of waving staff. Our personal concierge, Athyk, put us on a golf cart and whisked us to check-in, then a quick tour, and to our room. Our room was 108 (overwater villa) and amazing. All amenities were great, bed was “Heavenly”, Wi-Fi worked. All our US plugs worked! Once there, get ready to relax! The gym was good, food was awesome! The service was perfect! We’re not big drinkers, so booked the full board FB plan which included breakfast, lunch & dinner. The breakfast buffet had everything. For lunch, we could opt for 2 items (appetizer, main course, and/or dessert). For dinner, you got all 3. The portions were perfect. We waddled away from the table at every meal. We stayed 8 nights which allowed us to visit the Japanese restaurant twice for a 7-course meal … amazing! Without exception, every single staff member greeted us as we walked by. Coming from a hospitality background, I was thoroughly impressed. Other than the gym, we snorkeled from the room a few times and did a “beginner“ dive. The vacation was to relax and that’s exactly what we did! Athyk checked in with us often to make sure all was good. A perfect 10 out of 10 in every area! Don’t think about it, just book it!

Amazing experience at the Westin. From the natural beauty of the island to the excellent service and food we had this one of the best vacations we’ve had to date. All 3 restaurants were superb. Chef Min even made us tandoori chicken and biryani via special order that was amazing. We also did a sea turtle/manta snorkel trip that was unforgettable. Thanks to all the staff with special thanks to Laurent, Youssef, Chef Min and Jinaan.

The full board is not really full board. Their are a lot of up charges, room service isn’t included and one dinner place is free 1 time. Plus there is a $500 per person round trip fare fee for the sea plane.

Amazing stay! It was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived at Male airport until departed from the same airport, Westin staff were very very helpful. We were so lucky to have Lola as our host that attended to pur questions patiently. Sovia as assistant front office manager who welcomed us warmly and keep checking our satisfaction level. Youssef as a restaurant manager who really did extra miles for us. He visited us in every single meal and always asked our needs, feedback, and shared lots of stories. Haifa from Kids Club, helped by Koo, they’re very friendly. My daughter couldn’t skip her chance to go to Kids Club every day and had a great time there. They prepared lots of fun activities including playing by the beach, painting shells, and decorating cupcakes! Hisham from Click really did a great job taking our family photos. He’s very patient and friendly although my daughter keep complaining The best Chef: Chef Mac (The Pearl), Chef Deli (The Pearl) and Chef Rere (Hawker) that we met since our first night there, thank you so much for your service and kindness. Since they know that we’re Indonesian, they’re trying their best to cook something that suits our palate. Chef Deli even cooked pepes tahu (Indonesian style tofu) as requested and prepared dabu dabu sambal. Last but not least, the room service staff who we couldn’t get the names, they’re being extremely attentive and caring. To all of the staff, you’re really appreciated

Amazing property, stayed 5 nights at the water villa with private pool overlooking the ocean and sunset. It has a beautiful architecture and the villa is nicely layout. The menu has simple and good selection of dishes with fresh ingredients. The lobster teppanyaki at the Japanese restaurant, ‘The Pearl’ was nicely prepared and the lobster was succulent. All the service staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful experience, thank you Westin Maldives!
