3. Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable rates:
● Full payment in advance
● No changes or cancellations
Flexible rates:
● Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
● Between 7 and 3 days → 50% penalty
● Within 3 days or no-show → 100% charge
1. Check-in: From 14:00 Check-out: By 11:00
Late check-out is available upon request (subject to availability and possible extra charges).
For legal and safety reasons, during check-in we will ask you for:
● ID or passport
● Full details of all guests aged 18+
Guaranteed reservations are held until 23:59 on the arrival day. After that time, it counts as a no-show unless you notify us.

10. Transfers
Airport transfers available upon request. Price depends on the number of passengers and luggage.
11. Guest Conduct
Please:
● Respect staff and other guests
● Avoid excessive noise
● No unauthorized parties
● No smoking indoors (balconies/exterior only)
Damages or inappropriate behavior will be charged to your pre-authorization or removal from the hotel.
12. Guests on Your Booking & Visitors
Additional guests cannot be added if your room’s maximum occupancy is full. Children count as part of the occupancy and must be declared when booking.
If traveling with a baby under 2 years old, a crib is required by law. Not all rooms allow cribs , availability must be confirmed beforehand.
If you arrive exceeding the occupancy limit or with unregistered guests, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
Visitors must register with ID and cannot stay overnight unless added to your reservation (extra fees apply and only if the room allows it).
13. Room Assignment
Your booking guarantees a room category, not a specific room number. We may upgrade you to an equal or superior category at no cost. If, for operational reasons, we assign a lower category, we’ll inform you and refund the difference if applicable.
Important:
● Economy and Premium Interior rooms have no natural light
● Premium, Superior and Penthouse → Adults Only (16+)
14. Accessibility
We offer adapted rooms. Tell us your needs when booking.
15. Events at the Hotel
We may host weddings, events or big celebrations. If this matters for your stay, check with us beforehand.
16. Personal Data & Security
Your information is processed according to current data protection law. Some calls may be recorded to improve service quality.
17. Force Majeure
We're not responsible for events beyond our control: extreme weather, service outages, natural disasters, etc.
18. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for indirect losses, third-party damages, or issues outside our operational control.
19. Special Requests
Tell us before your arrival, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
2. Card Pre-Authorization
At check-in, we apply a temporary hold (not a charge):
● €100 per room or apartment
● €200 for the Penthouse
This hold will be released 5–7 business days after check-out (depending on your bank). It covers possible damages or pending charges.
4. Payments, Rates & Eco-Tax
All rates include VAT. Minimum stays:
● 2 nights in high season
● 1 night in mid/low season
Eco-tax: €0.50 per adult/night, max €5 per stay. Keep in mind this may change if local regulations are updated. Offers and discounts are not cumulative.
5. Vibe & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 00:00–08:00
6. Rooftop, ABOVE Bar & Pool
In summer, you can enjoy FREE access to:
● Level 6 pool
● Rooftop sofas & tables
● Sunbeds: minimum consumption (100% redeemable same day)+ 1 complimentary drink.
IMPORTANT: ABOVE Bar, Rooftop & Pool → Adults Only (16+) which means:
● Only guests 16+ may enter
● A chill, relaxing space with no minors around
No pets in these areas.Access may vary due to weather or maintenance.
7. Housekeeping
Daily: light cleaning (beds, trash, minibar).
Every 2 days: towel & linen change + full cleaning.
If you decline service, we’ll reschedule for the next day. Additional changes may have extra cost.
8. Pet Policy
● Allowed only in One-Bedroom Apartments (subject to availability)
● Refundable deposit: €80
● Fee: €10 per night / per pet
● Pets cannot be left alone
● No access to ABOVE, Rooftop, or Penthouse
● Welcome at Front Bar
9. Emergencies
If an emergency affects safety, our team may enter your room. We will always knock first. If you’re not inside, we’ll inform you afterward.
