Everything was incredible, took me a day to learn the path to my hut but there are signs to help guide you. Staff was attentive and kind, bed was so comfy. Never felt too crowded was able to relax and feel like I had the pool and beach to myself most of the time. Night time was incredible they have art and cool lighting around that made this place feel so magical. On the weekend they have events which you have to get tickets to partake in but if your into that it was a really cool thing to experience! Also all kinds of spiritual classes offered I did the sound bath session and was one of the top highlights of my trip. All in all, they have everything, and I highly recommend. I'm so grateful to have had this experience and will remember it forever.

We found this gem hideaway in Tulum on the way down after spontaneously bolting from a prepaid all inclusive in CUN. The property is lovely, mellow, the staff is super kind & helpful, the room was amazing. The restaurant on premises was great, service was exceptional all around. Then there is the ART! Wow, I just loved the whole experience. I can't wait to get back to Art Village!

The common areas are absolutely beautiful—truly fantastic. You have open spaces, 2 beach front pools, and access to a nearly deserted beach, which alone deserves five stars. The room is also very nice, clearly maintained with impeccable cleanliness, high-quality linens and towels, and pleasantly scented bathroom products. However, a few details could be improved. It’s quite dark: while the lighting is cozy, it’s not practical—you can’t even read a book at night. It’s also hard to find things in the closet, so additional lighting, more outlets, and at least one bedside table would make a big difference. Another point worth noting (also mentioned by others) is that the hotel’s restaurants and extra services are extremely overpriced. The prices feel unreasonable and likely explain why common areas are often empty—which, to be fair, adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is very relaxing, but it’s important to know in advance that on-site prices may discourage you from using these services (just two drinks can cost nearly half a night’s stay). Even with these issues, I still give it the highest rating—the overall experience is wonderful and perfect for resting.

I stayed at this property from January 18th to the 29th. I have to say it was life changing. From the views, sound of the waves, friendly staff, to dancing on the beach under the stars, I can’t recommend this place enough. A big thank you to my concierge, Caleb. He was an outstanding support system and helped me navigate everything from tours to history and traditions. Although I came to Tulum by myself, I leave with lifelong friends and beautiful memories.

This Hotel is inside of Papaya Playa Project. So you get acess to all the PPP Beach Club and Sat Night Party! which is actually really nice. But I will say that beach club is expensive so if you want a place with a bar where drinks are not $20+ dollars. I would book somewhere else. However if your down to stay in a small room to have access to a top tier beach club and thats your vibe then this is perfect for you. I think staying here for a weekend and going to the Big party is a wonderful deal and as a solo traveler I had a blast.

Room was spotless, service amazing. Restaurant price should be ajusted to be more inviting to eat at the stay because the food is amazing. This is a pretty big environment so maybe some ice distributor around the property will be a good addition. The beach is beautiful but some sea weeds may repulse individual and they are not pick up, maybe not a bad idea to clean the beach regularly.

Absolutely stunning property. Be warned: this property is actually under the Papaya Playa Project and no one will answer the door on the Art Village side. Their phone number also went to VM. We were about to give up and find another place to stay until a friendly person in town randomly knew the hotel manager and called them, and then we got to check in. Other than that, was a fantastic stay.

We got the wrong address so we showed up at the wrong door. It's seaweed season and they had not cleaned the beach. They smell was strong.

The stay is beyond beautiful! Guests need access to more light in the rooms, microwave, electrical heating water pot for teas and coffee! Other than that the stay is amazing! Staff was amazing specially Manuel who helped us alot during our stay!

La camera era deludente,un animale a bucato il soffitto di paglia in vari punti (riparato)lo stesso giorno ha piovuto tanto sia in bagno che nel mio piccolissimo armadio ci è piovuto quindi documenti e vari vestiti bagnati.Questo posto apparentemente bello fa pena. io non lo consiglio assolutamente anche se c’era della gente anche molto gentile.
