The hotel is in a remote area, so if it rains everything feels cancelled, so make sure you have games, books, etc to keep you entertained. Nice but not for Christmas. Very little ambiance. The staff was really friendly. Expected high-grade vibe, let down by beachwearing, not careless guests at dinner, etc. Never refills on coffee each day and it takes a long walk to get one in the resort. My only complaint. If you want sun, a pool, and the same meals every day, this is the place to be. Since the beach is at the sister resort, you cannot visit their restaurant or get drinks there, so bring your back pack full of snacks!

Our family loves this resort. We've been here twice now, but this was our first trip to coma, so we made a return because our first experience here was fantastic. Both the waiter and the entertainment staff go above and beyond with all children. The chiefs at the stations are the one who makes a huge mess with the buffet. My child requested cheese pizza, and they waited more than 15 minutes while continuing to make all the other types that still stood untouched. I asked them generously to please make a cheese for the children, but they ignored me and muttered as they continued making many others that remained untouched. After rejecting the request, they cheerfully laughed at us. On our second week, it's safe to say they've left us disappointed. The rest of the bar, waiter, entertainment, and spa employees were exceptional, so this has been the norm for many lunches.

This is an excellent hotel for tourists. We are three generations old and have plans to return for two weeks over christmas, new year, and the epiphany. We are of Mexican descent and live in Europe, and we loved the resort's native Mexican cuisine, traditional foods, and friendly personnel. Although our kids didn't go as often as we had intended, the kids club was fantastic. Even though our kids didn't return as frequently as we had hoped, the kids club was fantastic. The shows are professional and well worth visiting and paying extra. Around the various resorts, approximately 1200 personnel are employed, 200 of them taking care of the grounds to an immaculate standard. They remove coconuts so that they can't fall on anyone. There are open golf-type cars weaving through all of the resort, allowing you to easily get to other resorts and the beach. Along one stretch of mangrove between the told and animal resorts, there are several animals that you are not permitted to feed, such as turtle nesting areas with nets. You feel at ease with nature. There are numerous things to enjoy and entertainment for everyone, as well as excellent excursions outside the resort, if you want to spend additional. We went to visit and enjoy it. It was wonderful to travel and take in and appreciate it. The clientele was predominantly north american, including Mexico and the British, but also many other European and Asian
