The hotel is fine, but the room is a little old and small. Nothing fancy. On the final day, we checked out the room and left our luggage at reception to enjoy the last day in this great city. We eventually realized we forgot our passport and wallet in the room. When we returned for it, only the passport was there. All the documents, visas and, of course, money were gone in the wallet. The staff assisted us in cleaning the ladies' trash, but nothing. Probably someone who had access to the room after we left stole it because it is impossible to find the passport as they were together.

I really liked this hotel for some reason because it just felt really comfortable. It is in the perfect location for visiting tacos, not exactly in roccoco, but a couple of minutes away a little more quiet but with great access to everything. If you are traveling by bus, it is conveniently situated to reach both bus stations, 3 minutes of steep downhill walking for one and 57 minutes straight walk on a neighboring street to the bus that goes to the caves. There was a coffee maker and bottled water available.

We have been staying at the best Western hotel in taco for the last couple of weeks. The hotel is a credit to them. They were a credit to the hotel. This is the first time we were there, in our opinion, the location and facilities are excellent. But the service we received was also very attentive and professional. Maybe we should also mention priscilla, abraham, and elias who helped us with many questions and local knowledge, and make subsequent travel arrangements with enthusiasm and a grin.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel with a great view of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. My family and I really enjoyed this trip.

Good hotel, nice room, and good view. The staff is unhelpful and unhelpful. Parking is a bit difficult, but the bellman was friendly. The hotel was almost fully booked, it is a bit noisy.
