It was a lovely boutique hotel. They served a nice continental breakfast on the terrace in the morning. We weren’t there long enough to need the laundry. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We rented the Gallery Suite for 4 nights which had a nice terrace. There were 3 of us, and it was great to have that extra space for those who get up early and wanted to go outside to drink coffee. The gym is small but has a good assortment of dumbells & yoga mats to do a decent workout, it does get hot so an added fan would be great. The concierge, doormen and cleaning team were so lovely and very helpful. Having breakfast on the hotel's terrace was a perfect way to start the day and we enjoyed the variety they provided. The hotel is small and distinctly boutique, we didn't use the kitchen but the bathrooms are beautiful and very spacious, just need to add Q-Tips! ;) My friends are high end travelers (St Regis, etc) and they said they would stay again.

Great location, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace was an awesome way to start the day. The only thing that could be better are the towels - they are too thin and not soft. Minor issue.

Wonderful, super chill boutique hotel. Everything is so tasteful and the suite was perfect for the three of us. Our daughter slept in the living room and was very comfortable. Nico cafe in front has delicious pastries and coffee, and there are so many places to eat just outside. Condessa is a delightful oasis in the city. I’d definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay at Casa Cleo. The location was 10/10. The staff was 10/10. The room was 10/10. The gym was a pleasant surprise - full rack of weights, mats, etc. And it's outside (covered) so fun. The roof terrace with coffee/light breakfast was such a bonus. Comfortable bed/pillows. Cannot say enough good things.

Moses and rest of staff were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at all times. Property and rooms are very clean. About 25 min walk to viral restaurants and cafes. Room is spacious and airy.

I had a wonderful stay in room 102. This room has an outdoor seating area with a small fountain. The room is more like a well sized apartment with its own living room, small kitchen, and gigantic bathroom with a tub and shower. I would definitely recommend Casa Cleo to friends and family and hope to be back again! Thank you also to Diego for all the wonderful restaurant recommendations.

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The property was well located on a quiet street and there were a number of restaurants and services in close proximity. We also enjoyed morning coffee and a bun on the 3rd floor patio.each day.

Perfect for an extended stay, the complimentary features (laundry detergent, water, baked goods on the terrace) make it feel like a luxury home away from home. I could not have been happier with my week-long stay at Casa Cleo. It hit all the high notes in nearly every way possible: – It's a converted mansion in the Condesa neighborhood –- a beautiful, verdant, safe, and well located part of the city with lots of good restaurants nearby. – My room (suite, actually) was spacious, modern, immaculate, and well appointed with a full kitchen, a nice sofa and seating area, a huge bathroom including two large sinks, a shower AND a tub, which was huge (and deep!) and provided restful respite after days of exploring wonderful Mexico City. Importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable. – Adjustable heat / AC! – But in my opinion, the thing that sets Casa Cleo apart was the most amazing staff. They were all helpful and welcoming at every turn. Diego especially, was so nice and took the time to give us his personal restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions. Everything he suggested was a huge hit, and he really elevated our experience. Casa Cleo is lucky to have him. We didn't see Daniel as much, but he was great, too. – Considering how nice Casa Cleo is, it was a terrific bargain. – Given all the positives, the one area in which I thought the hotel could do better was breakfast. They do have a complementary breakfast, but it's quite minimal. There is coffee and tea, a fresh berry cup with yogurt or granola, and some type of small sweet roll. I'd stay there again in a minute. Thank you, Casa Cleo. Highly recommended!
