During my stay, Laura was my host, and I couldn't be happier with the warm greeting and sympathy. Laura shared very useful tips about the island and provided all the necessary details for a wonderful stay in Cozumel, always with a smile on her face. The room was very spacious, the garden is really nice, and guests can use a common area with a kitchen. The location is very central, so you can access bars, restaurants, and small grocery stores on foot. Very recommended!.

I would give this place a shot and probably stay somewhere else. Our ac dripped, so we narrowly avoided laptop ruining moment because a puddle of water near my charging laptop. The toilet was clogged the last night, but there was a public toilet outside the room so we just used that this had happened in other hotels in Mexico, so nothing unusual. Fumigating the room while we were in the room and telling us the fumes are healthy is a bit of a stretch, but I know there are cockroaches around, but using this made them all come out, and it was quite disgusting. We counted 20, and that was exactly what we cleaned. They did some cleaning as well, but to be honest, I would have expected that they do this while people are not staying in the rooms and if it happened, definitely comp the night as a gesture because it was a huge inconvenience, but they didn't. You could smell the fumigation fumes and were pretty sure it is not really healthy, as they told us, as it kills large cockroaches. Everything else about the place was fine and we would have been fine with it minus the roach incident. Just felt like it had to be mentioned here if people are allergic, so if they are allergic, a certain pass because the dog goes everywhere.

I would definitely recommend it for you who want to live close to all the amenities of the city. I also want to provide some improvement in the gate lock because the AC blows on the bed a few other things that may be stored there, besides that, the staff is very friendly, and the price is worth the price.

We are extremely fortunate to have located this place and are excited to return!!Thank you, teresa! We stayed here for 7 days and had a superior room with a king bed and 1 additional twin bed added for my grandmother. It was very reasonable at 10.00 US Dollars per day! Great bathroom with AC, ceiling fan, bed, bench, hangers, and shelving for your clothing! You also have a kitchen sink, refrigerator and the most important thing it is very clean, well organized, and quiet. Our hostess teresa was very helpful in booking a tour in el cell, recommending restaurants, spas, and beach clubs and is always present if you ever need anything. If you require additional towels, toiletries, and other requirements for your stay, don't hesitate to inquire! Best, joanna and medina adam. Ex.

It was just too short. Teresa is very friendly and helpful and helps with everything. Her recommendations were all spot on, and she made sure I got the best deal. We reviewed the map, and she offered help with taxis and reservations when necessary. The rooms are very clean and maintained by a trusted staff. The location is close to everything in town and the ocean. Booking, the dog, was a pleasure to know. I really felt like I was at home.
