One of those reviews I dread writing because then everyone will want to stay there, but the owners really deserve to be displayed. Their service is just excellent! They go above and beyond to assist you and provide you with all the information you need to have a pleasant stay in Guanajuato, very friendly! The setting itself is glistening clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and my kids liked the linens lol! So soft! There is a shared kitchen where you can fix or heat basic things. Casa oblige de la luna has a great location, everything is within walking distance but a little secluded so you do not hear the noise from the streets at night. My family and I are looking forward to going back!.

We evaluated all the websites on the internet for hotels, and we called a few. The very nice hostess, gina, was what delighted us with the translatedbelly button of the moon. She didn't make it our choice to travel in Guanajuato so we looked online for hotels and selected some we liked. We called el oblige de la luna and spoke with gina, the proprietor. She didn't mind answering any questions we had and we had a lot of them very personalized service, unlike other hotels. She gave us tips on what to do while there, the cost, and what forms of transportation youd need. Talking with her first made it a lot easier to navigate the city. The boutique hotel, which has been converted, is right in the center of the city, but it is located up a small street behind the main street. If you have limited mobility, Id advise a flatter location. To get to the main floor, there are stairs inside. There are no wheelchair accessible. No pool. Each room has an inner lock and a padlock outside the door for when you leave. I felt comfortable that our items were safe. It was very comfortable with nice tile. The shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water. There is a large kitchen with a fridge and microwave available for all visitors to use. We asked not to change sheets and towels every day for

This place is recommended. Everything about this place is exceptional, including its location, rooms, and proprietors. It's located in the heart of the historic town, and practically all of the attractions are within 15 minutes' walk. It's much quieter than other hotels because it's in an alley behind the main street. Guanajuato can be quite noisy at night because the historical town center literally parties well into midnight each night. The apartment is large and neat. When we first checked in, the proprietor, Georgina, spent a half hour with us to describe where to eat and what to do. She promptly responded to our inquiries and inquiries throughout our three-night visit. She went above and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She and her husband carried our baggage up and down the little hill leading up to the hotel while the city was repairing the road in front of the hotel. They even offered us a free lift to the central bus station! All things considered, it's a lovely place to stay for someone who doesn't know the town or the language. It's certainly equally appealing to local travelers as well.
