Located in Chocholá, the resort is approximately 35 km (22 mi) from the historic city of Mérida. Mérida International Airport (MID) is about 29 km (18 mi) away. The surrounding area is rich with Mayan ruins, cenotes, biosphere reserves, museums, art galleries, and vibrant markets. Guests can arrange self-guided or guided day trips to sites like Uxmal, Chichen Itza, and the Puuc Route ruins. Sanitization protocols include hand sanitizing stations, stringent staff training in personal hygiene and uniform disinfection, and increased frequency of disinfecting common areas and accommodations using steam-based processes and biodegradable products. Hospital-grade ozone generators are utilized for deep sanitization of guest rooms, lobbies, gyms, and other public areas to eradicate bacteria, viruses, and allergens. Food safety is reinforced with Serve Safe certified staff, revised operational practices, modified service hours to reduce capacity, and strengthened in-villa dining. Spa and fitness facilities adhere to rigorous cleaning protocols, with hospital-grade disinfectants used on all surfaces, equipment, and treatment rooms, and equipment cleaned before and after each guest's use. Body temperature checks are conducted for both staff and guests upon check-in.
