We had an amazing stay at this hotel and loved absolutely everything! I traveled with my two daughters, aged 6 and 10, and it was truly a perfect vacation for both adults and children. From the moment we checked in, everything was organized so well and the staff made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the restaurants were wonderful. The animation team did a fantastic job — my daughters were excited and entertained all the time! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and always spotless. Housekeeping cleaned every day and everything was perfectly maintained. The hotel is incredibly clean and very family-friendly. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, especially for the kids. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

This place is phenomenal!! The hotel is wonderful. Only thing I did not get to enjoy the beach it was sooooo much seaweed 😂. Also they need a tv at a bar so sports fans could watch sports other than that I’ll definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun and were honestly blown away. My wife and I typically travel to higher-end resorts, so we came in with tempered expectations—but this place exceeded them in every way. The staff was exceptional—genuinely friendly, attentive, and always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding across the board, which is not always a given at all-inclusives. Every meal felt high quality and thoughtfully prepared. The resort itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient—everything you could want was right at your fingertips, making it easy to truly relax. What really stood out is how well the resort is tailored to families. Traveling with kids can sometimes feel stressful, but here it was the opposite. There are so many activities, kid-friendly amenities, and thoughtful touches that make it just as enjoyable for children as it is for adults. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier, family-friendly getaway. FYI - get a poolside cabana EVERY DAY. It’s $100 for the day. It was a no-brainer for multiple reasons, especially if you have kids that need to get out of the sun for a little bit. You don’t have to fight chairs, it’s private and you have your own bartender. Ours was Israel. He was absolutely awesome all week.

There were 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) and we went for spring break. Would highly recommend this resort for family’s! The kids club was great and it gave us my wife and I a chance to go on dates. The pools were good, they had lots of activities planned throughout the day as well. Our rooms were kept nice and clean, the food was great, and everyone was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this place! We were all sad when it was time to go

Preferred check in was fast and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice. Food was good. Beach had quite a bit of seaweed but sounds like that was the case at most resorts. You have to get up early to get pool lounge chairs. Only other complaint was at El Patio our first night our main course never arrived. Luckily we ate so many appetizers it was okay but would have liked to have tried our main course meals. Overall a good trip.
