A maximum of 4 rooms reserved under the same owner name is allowed and immediate payment is required. The hotel reserves the right to cancel confirmations that are generated without an original name.
Adult and Minor extra: Additional charge applies according to the season, depending on the policies of the Hotel and food plan.
By law, all rooms at the Flamingo Cancun Resort are smoke-free. Please do not smoke inside the room and avoid a charge of $250.00 USD for cleaning and maintenance expenses.
By official disposition, the hotel will charge the Check the obligatory tax for Environmental Sanitation (TSA): from February 1, 2023, of $73 MXN per room, per night. *Subject to changes by the official disposition of the Government of Quintana Roo. Mandatory tax according to the Finance Law of the Municipality of Benito Juárez of the State of Quintana Roo.
European Plan (accommodation only): up to 2 children under 12 years of age can stay free of charge sharing the room with 2 adults, in existing beds. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 will enjoy a 50% discount on their consumption of Food and Beverages. Children under 6 years of age will not be charged.
For all reservations in the All-inclusive Plan that have a stay on December 31, the mandatory supplement of $100.00 USD per adult for the New Year's gala dinner will be added to the rate and for children under 6-12 years of age pay $60.00 USD
For all reservations, the hotel will request a deposit of $100 USD dollars or $2000 MXN pesos at check-in for consumption within the hotel, which will be returned upon departure if not required.
Free parking, subject to availability, we do not have valet parking.
Pets are not allowed. 100% smoke-free hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to charge a Room Service fee of $5.00 US dollars per person, per service in the All Inclusive Plan. 15% of the service for European Plan and Plan with Breakfast
The maximum number of individual reservations is 6 rooms, from 7 rooms on the same date, plan and stay are considered as a group and must be requested as such to the sales department by email subject to availability and rate. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any blockade that it considers as a group.
The type of bed is not guaranteed. The type of bed in the contracted room is subject to availability (1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds). Extra bed and Cot: They must be requested at the time of registering at the hotel, subject to availability.
A security deposit of USD 100 per night per room is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
