These hotel advertise water sports, but they have none. We changed rooms and have never gotten hot water for 3 weeks even though we complain to management and about the vacation. Other buildings have hot water, but not ours. This can be found in any nearby hostel. One star.

The Royal Camaron Complex is a lovely hotel with character. The hotel's grounds are immaculately kept. The paths are bordered by fragrant hedges, and a lot of effort is made to ensure that everything is tidy and tidy. Everyone on the hotel staff was helpful and would say hellhole when passing. The majority of hotel guests were Mexican. There are several buffet eateries to choose from, and I saw the personnel temperature testing the food. There aren't many a la carte options, but there are a lot of variety with chicken, pork, fish, salad, tacos, fresh fruit, and desserts. There were also pizzas, burgers, and hot dogs. I reserved a Brazilian restaurant, which was ok. I also reserved Italian, which was disappointing and, to be honest, I would have never realized it was Italian food. When the main courses were delivered out, I was still eating my starter. The beach is lovely, with lots of sun loungers. Beach vendors are polite and move on quickly when you state your not interested. I was on the ground floor and next to a noisy stairwell. But earplugs quickly addressed that! If you want a gleaming white multi-story hotel full of Britishs, this is not the hotel for you. If you prefer something with character, then the cameron is excellent value

Took my last day and the final review for any team members who might be interested. I was here 10 years ago for a wedding so I can compare the resort to that experience the staff has all been incredible! The bartenders are upbeat, friendly, fun, fastabsolutely no complaints there activity team is wonderfulenergetic, inclusive, and welcoming. A true joy reception at checkin left lots to be desired. We were short and not helpful to our inquiries. seemed to be rushing us through so they could get home. They literally grabbed their bags and left while we were still standing at the desk. Our bus was late. We were exhausted after mixed at the airport, our transfer bus was full and we had a 14 hour trip to get home we were exhausted and some kindness and customer service would have gone a long way. Perhaps management should have increased to relieve their team from their duties while still maintaining the service levels. Buffets were ok for the most part lack variety, but on one occasion we requested bacon at the omelette station but were told no bacon. Sadly, not all tummy can tolerate meat stewed in tomatoes, so its a nice dish. It was fantastic and fun. The royal cameron resort has been visited by me many times. Before we arrived, I read the negative reviews, and I had assumed they were misrepresenting. Unfortunately, the hotel is not as it used to be. The guests at this resort were our issue. A slew of motorcycles and bikers were present at the resort during our stay. It is no longer a foreign hotel. The resort had a mexican bike gang. 100 s of motorcycles and motorcycle riders. It's wonderful that most of the visitors are mexican. The resort's population was incredibly shocking, except for how many people were. No concept of lines or waiting your turn. At the bar, soiled individuals harassed my kids and not a single staff member step up to assist. Fortunately, they did not grasp what the drunk individual was saying. There are lines to get a drink.. Kites in the pool. Despite everything, the pool was closed one afternoon due to maintenance. The worst thing was that nobody could enjoy the pool as everyone enjoyed being drunk all day. After that, I can only assume that the pool was closed one afternoon due to maintenance. The entertainment was mostly in Spanish with a few English phrases here and there.
