We booked at the Hacienda Inn during a horrible trip and decided on our next move. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The bellboy named Angel was the most important one. He was on schedule and attended to every need we had. He was mostly professional and went out of his way to serve us. He entertained our sons by playing at the reception and keeping them busy while we were trying to figure things out and book things etc. He taught our 2-year-old all about thumbs up, which he has not forgotten. A very memorable event.

We have stayed at Hacienda in aeropuerto several times in the media. It's always been a friendly and welcoming place for us. The staff is always on point and friendly. The restaurant has great food and is located next to the pool. We love this place!

Due to an early departure, we decided to stay at the Hacienda Inn because of its proximity to the airport. We were greeted by a cheerful, kind girl at the counter when we got there. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, which included a coffee maker and two double beds. The property's restaurant, next to the pool, provided a variety of meals and cold desserts. We asked the front desk clerk to organize a taxi at the same time, and it arrived at that time. The cost of the room, at least, was $35. 00, which was a pretty decent deal. Despite the fact that it was only one night, I enjoyed the experience and would suggest it to my friends as well.

I would most definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it. I stayed at this hotel starting and ending my journey in February, March, and March because I was arriving late and leaving early. Both of my rooms were spotless, with amenities and a well-stocked towel cabinet. The closets are large and have an iron and a safe that are large enough for a laptop. On my initial check, I was informed of the restaurant's hours and was politely instructed that if I intended to bring food or alcohol from outside, please consume it in my room rather than in the restaurant. This is not an unreasonable request, one would not walk into a hotel restaurant at home and sit down with a pizza and six pack. In the morning, the restaurant provided a delicious breakfast and a relaxing nights rest. I checked in just after 300, was offered a wake-up call and set up a taxi to take me to the airport. I spent my last day of vacation relaxing by the pool and a late lunch or early dinner before departing for my room to arrive early. My wake-up call came at exactly 00 and my taxi arrived there as requested. The hotel is spotless and the food and service at the restaurants are outstanding. Masques were mandatory at all times in public areas unless you were eating or drinking, this policy was adhered to by all staff and guests.
