This is a great hotel and we felt it was a good value but there is no heat in the rooms and we were cold until be brought our own little box heater into the room. The shower had warm water but not hot. We asked them to turn up the water heater but it never got warmer during our entire weeks stay. It was still a great hotel and we will stay there again.

Everything on the beach was booked, so we ended up at this very clean, nice hotel. Due to its location, we had to bus it into town each and everytime. But, lucky for us, this hotel offers free shuttle pick up & drop off from the airport. There you can get a bus for $80 pesos ($4 dollars) to take you all the way to los cabos.

We booked this hotel in order to be near the airport to be able to get to our return flight on time on a trip to Los Cabos. It is the only one that is very close. It appeared to be a new hotel, in very good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay but always the best, the only thing we did not like was breakfast service. Although there were not many people in the dining area service was slow. Food had great flavor and they were friendly , just slow brining out dishes and refills.

It was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The exterior looked like they were renovating but overall it looked brand new. Interior of the hotel looked brand new as well or newly renovated. The room was spacious and however the AC needed to be on all day to have it at a decent temperature. Overall the room was very comfortable and a great place to finish a trip to get to the airport ASAP.

From the checkin - with welcoming and helpful bellhop, to the reception, to dinner in The Hangar restaurant in the hotel the stay was very pleasant. Even though the hotel is next to the airport the room was very quiet. The hotel was very modern and clean, only 4 years old. Of course this is not a resort hotel at the beach or other attraction, but it does have amenities including a swimming pool and gym. A very good stop before or after a flight.

We booked this hotel due to a change in our return flight. The hotel is perfectly located across Terminal 2 and you can either walk 5 min or call the hotel for their shuttle to pick you up. They have on site restaurant with good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is very nice and polite. We really relaxed before our return home and we recommend this hotel!!!

(The same review has been submitted to Tripadvisor.ca.) Just phone for free pickup at the airport - the hotel is only a couple of minutes away. The shuttle is available anytime for return to the airport. This is a new hotel (actually, four years old), and it’s always nice to use new facilities. Relatively late checkout time (1:30 pm). Bottled water is in the room. Electrical outlets are conveniently located on the base of the desk lamp. Sealed windows keep out any airport noise. Good blackout drapes, easy-to-use alarm-clock/radio, supremely comfortable bed and pillows. Among the five English TV channels is CBC News (Canadian). I especially like when a hotel pool is rectangular, for lap swimming, which I enjoyed in the early evening shade. Unfortunately, the pool was closed all next morning, so I couldn’t have a morning swim. A bit curious is the waste inherent in the in-room coffee: a packet includes the coffee plus four sugars and four creamers – for drinkers of black coffee, do these all go into the trash, since the packet has been opened? My only quibble: the bathroom is rather cramped where the toilet is (in room 101, anyway). I wonder how a tall person manages.
