The atmosphere here is so fantastic, the employees were so friendly and helpful. They also have a very nice private pool. Plus, the room was a good size with a great shower and a good AC.

The pool here was excellent, especially because the beach is full of seaweed. In the room, there is a fridge, but in case you want to bring your own food, this place is very central but the atmosphere is peaceful inside. This place has the kindest staff and the best one.

I had a great time here. The place is quite small but has a nice roof area which we enjoyed with a couple of margaritas. The owner is lovely. The pool was good after a day on the beach as it is very close to the town bus stop and taxi.

A quick walk will also take you to a lot of restaurants. Even though my wife and I only stayed one night at the casa sofia, we would definitely book another stay on a return journey to Tuum. The hotel was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The casa sofia is close to the bus stop, where we used to pass through Valparaiso. We arrived in Tuum in the late afternoon. We strolled to the Don Cameto restaurant for dinner after checking in and felt satisfied with the food and service enough to come back the next morning for breakfast. The casa sofia has a lovely roof terrace if you want to unwind at the hotel. It also has a small pool in the court yard. We did not use it. There was an almost three-hour delay before our bus left when we checked out. The manager was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage so we could explore Tuum before we did. Our needs were met by the hotel casa sofia, and we hope to return someday.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city and the perfect place to hide away. It offers the best value for the money. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and a little pool in the center was to cool off after a day of exploring. Not for the money, this is what you can find. Elegant traditional decor. If you're searching for a reasonably priced hotel near the city center, do not look any further. The manager is an additional bonus who is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment.
