El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar, yo soy vegana y como tenia el desayuno incluido hablaron con el restaurante para asegurarse que podían hacer un menú especial para mi. El hotel es muy céntrico y esta a un par de cuadras de Playa Norte y el centro, también hay un Oxxo enfrente y tienen un restaurante/bar en el rooftop donde la comida y la bebida son muy buenas, sobre todo la bebida, el bar man es lo máximo! Como recomendación les diría que cambiaran las cortinas porque el sol entra desde las 7am que sale el sol por lo que no se puede dormir después de esa hora y que hablaran con los vecinos para que no pongan música muy fuerte tan temprano por la mañana.

Hôtel actuellement en transition, mais avec un très bon potentiel. la terrasse sur le toit n'était plus exploitée, mais excellent plan le jour ou elle le sera à nouveau. Le personnel est serviable et fait de son mieux, mais en cours d'apprentissage. Attention, toutes les chambres n'ont pas une vue sur l'extérieur, mais si on est plongeur, c'est juste un pied à terre. Il n'en faut pas plus. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.

Overall the staff are really helpful and nice. There were some issues with the room. My safe didn't work in that it was locked shut from a previous user, and the staff couldn't open it. At times the safe's low battery alarm would chirp, which was distracting, but this wasn't continuous. Again the staff couldn't disable the alarm since it was locked shut. Housekeeping was sub-par. There were pillows without pillowcases and the comforter had visible brown stains. Sometimes I wasn't given new towels even though I put my used ones on the floor after a few uses. I was only given water on the first day. In the end, I had to take a few trips to the front desk to get fresh towels, new water bottles, etc., which was no big deal. On one night a group of boisterous guests returned at 1:30 am. They proceeded to have a loud conversation in the hallway for approx 30 min, which echoed throughout the entire hotel. I would have thought that the staff member at the front desk would have asked them to lower their voices, but this did not happen.

I was unhappy with the room with no windows upon check-in but I asked for a balcony room and got it. It was great. The front desk agent was trying to charge me after I gave him a receipt from Travelocity Paying already. Clerk needs more training. But overall very happy at the place.

Great location, clean, and great staff. Only issue I had was the street it is on was rather loud at night. Earplugs fix this though. Is a couple of minutes walk from the ferry and from the beach. Is in the middle of all the shops and food.

El lugar no está mal para ir solo a dormir ***, la ubicación ideal por que todo lo encuentras caminando, el oxxo cruzando la calle, pero la verdad no regresaría, en la habitación había una cucaracha, manchitas en las sábanas, los muebles del baño se ven descuidados, y el ruido es exagerado***, que realmente no duermes. Solo el chico que nos atendió al check in muy amable.

Safe didn't work - no fridge in room - that was the biggest issue - been visiting Isla for 12 years now, this is the first hotel I remember with no fridge. Staff friendly. Great location.....would have been good to

The room was very, very small. Small bedside tables but no electrical outlets nearby for charging phones. Small closet. No table/desk or chair in the room. Large curtained window looking out in to the hallway. Small window on opposite wall that you could not see out of because of how high it was placed. Room was clean. We only stayed 2 nights. Came back after a long day at the beach looking forward to cleaning up before dinner only to find there was no water and no estimated time of repair. I was back on a few hours later when we returned. This is an ok place for a very short stay. Compared to other places we've stayed on Isla at this price this hotel is not a great value fo price.

The hotel is located very centrally and close to the ferry terminal, so getting to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars was very easy and convenient. The room was clean but the furniture on the balcony could be replaced as one of the chairs was falling apart. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The negatives were that it is next to a late-night taco shop so at 4-5am the noise emanating from next door by late-night revellers kept me awake. Also, the shower drain was blocked so it flooded the bathroom and the bedroom partly, which wasn't great.

Location is great - 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Staff struggled with English. Very noisy and thin walls - could hear fellow guests at night. No hot water the first 24 hours of arrival - hot water system wasn’t working. Leaking air conditioner and broken towel rail.

Si quieres descansar, este hotel no es una buena opción. Es demasiado ruidoso. Entra el ruido de la calle, de los demás clientes. No pude descansar por el ruido. El baño es incómodo. En general buena ubicación.

The best part is the close proximity to the pier / 7-8 minutes walk. Poor layout of the rooms. Windows leaked. Poor water pressure. Poor value. Good service at breakfast.

I consider this more of a renovated hostel was clean staff very nice The room itself is clean but the bathroom is very small and I’m 5’0” We had the room overlooking the street and we we’re woken up at 6 am with music and general noise,which I know was our fault but it was the only one with a balcony or a window.the receptionist we dealt with was more than accomodating

Lo único bueno que tiene es su ubicación, muy céntrico pero aun así no me quedaría ahí de nuevo. De las 3 personas que nos recibieron en el turno de la mañana y de la tarde, solamente la chica chaparrita fue amable y atenta, las otras dos personas pésima actitud de servicio. El baño de nuestro cuarto con suciedad casi por todos lados y suciedad de la persona anterior (peor aún).

Pros: excellent location, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, 10 minute walk to Playa Norte. Staff was nice. Wifi worked well. There’s a 24hr taco joint, La Cochi-loka next door. Tacos were amazing! Now, the cons: room was small, towels were run down with holes, no hot water for the shower, room had a mildew odor. Coffee service consisted of instant coffee with powdered creamer. Water kettle didn’t work so I had to microwave the water but then I noticed ants in the water kettle. Photos from hotel website are not accurate to reality. Hotel is more run down than is depicted in the photos.

Buena ubicación, la habitación y en especial el baño tenían un olor a cloacas nauseabundo. La ropa de cama y toallas sucias. La ducha no tiene espacio para el ingreso de una mujer embarazada, y no funciona el agua caliente. Poca empatía por parte de los empleados. Hay mejores opciones por mismo e inferior precio.

The room did not have the extra blanket as I requested instead it had a small less than than twin size blanket. The room did not have any toliet paper nor the remote for the A/C which is the only way to turn it on. The toilet first time flushing it over flowed. No hot water. The manager the next morning had a problem with us because we had a friend come up to room. When I addressed the issues with her on the above said she just stared and stated that they do not have any extra blankets and see cannot help that her staff could not find the remote that was to be given at check-in.
