Very affordable. Better than the holiday inns here. Excellent cleanliness, fresh buns, bread, toast, apples, bananas for breakfast, hot water with high pressure. friendly staff 24 hours a day. Trendy bathrooms, granite counters and tables. Wi-Fi is decent. We slept in room 1 with a balcony. The back rooms have a terrace with a high wall. Beds are cozy. They also rent golf carts, which we did. Located at the north end of Suarez. Short walk to several beaches.

A small 10 room hotel on Avenue Suarez, convenient to everything. 4 rooms on the floor, 4 on the ground floor, 2 suites on the ground floor. No elevator, but staff will transport your luggage up. Very clean, small balconies, mini fridge microwave. Breakfast is strong coffee, tea, fruit, toast cakedonut. 24-hour staff mostly speaks English. A great buy in town I will be back.

The ratings do not represent the experience we had in this hotel. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The advantages were that the bed was comfortable, the room was large, and the location was central. The disadvantages far outweigh the advantages. The room was not up to the same level of cleanliness as other hotels we stayed in isla mujeres and elsewhere in Mexico. Under the bed was dirty, and the fridge was dirty. Ants were in the bathroom and beside the sink area in the bedroom. no hot water. WiFi was terrible. No beach towels on either day. There is no water in the room. Due to an argument in the breakfast area, we were woken up at 720 am. I explained the issue at checkout and asked for a partial refund. I didn't deserve a refund, but I expected an apology, which I didn't get. I felt concerned raised fell off on the road. This hotel is overpriced for what it is. We stayed at another hotel in Isla Mujeres, which was cheaper and had a far superior standard.

We can't find a better place to stay! Almost five minutes to several beaches, and close to all the bars and restaurants! The hotel is small but the service is fantastic. Daily beach towels are provided and the bed is changed every other day! A new cup of coffee every morning and a stunning cake! The staff is very friendly! I would absolutely recommend it.

Ants were present in the bathroom and in the bedroom next to the sink. There was no hot water. Wifi was terrible. Both days there were no beach towels. No water in the room. Due to an argument in the breakfast area, we were woken up at 720 a.m. Explained the issues to the receptionist at checkout and asked for a partial refund. We were obviously not given a refund, but we anticipated an apology if we didn't. We felt the concerns raised fell on deaf ears. This hotel was overpriced for what it is.
