I will say that if I will stay here again for a week, I will say that the facilities in this hotel are impressive, such as a room, pool, jacuzzi and breakfast area. This place also has so many stairs, and this place may not be suitable for mobility impairments.

We stayed here just for 1 night, but wish we could have done more to enjoy the hotel. We have a pretty nice room next to the pool, with a great outside tub in a small outdoor patio. Breakfast could be better, but otherwise id definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Diana.

Beautifully landscaped property. The room was perfect. Breakfast was excellent every day. The staff was very attentive to our requirements. They called taxi and gave us information about sightseeing. Feels like home away from home.

Very nice and tidy, this place is very peaceful. The staff is very good. I received a facial and massage for the best massage I've ever had. The breakfast was nice and tasty with a beautiful view. Will be back.

My wife and I travel extensively throughout Mexico and have visited numerous Pueblos Magic. Our home in central Mexico. We are both bilingual and cultural. We had planned to fly to Guadalajara for the new year, so we decided to go a day early to see acidic. We had no reservations. During our 5-hour journey, my wife looked for a hotel online. She noted that the prices listed on the website where there are reviews and prices from several booking services were rising as she continued to look. So she decided to go to the hotels we were interested in. The hotel is stunning! The grounds, pool, hot tub, guest common areas, and kitchen area are all exceptional. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Because the room is above the reception desk, the personnel had to know about the noise. The bedsheets were also quite itchy and uncomfortable. The pueblo acidic was a huge disappointment, particularly since it was so close to the lake. My wife and I travel frequently throughout Mexico and have visited many Pueblitos magics, and this pueblo was particularly awful. There was dog feces on every street, garbage, and no control over traffic or parking. But if we ever return to acidic, hotel lindo Acidic will be our first option.
