The hotel is close to a mall and a supermarket, which is incredibly convenient. The room was tidy and the check-out process was quick. The only drawback is that the walls appear to be very thin, and even though they were barefoot, we could hear everything that happened in the hallway and the steps from the room upstairs. The hotel has a restaurant, but we didn't try it, and other restaurants are close by, such as Vips, chills. The hotel is on the road.

This is not a 5-star hotel but good for a restful night's sleep. Its only a bed to rest in the gym of treadmills is out the window on the top floor next to it. There is a cinema and Palma hotel restaurant. Don't eat apple strudel as terrible as the rib eye steak as well.

This hotel is in a good location, a comfortable and big room, a clean room, and bathroom with facilities like restaurants, bars, pools, and malls nearby. Good value for money. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant is excellent. No irons in the room, but they provide laundry and ironing options.

There is training needed for restaurant employees. The gym space needs a closed space. Some employees, including the receptionist and the security, are very friendly. However, other staff are rude.

The positive things are comfort, clean room, working facilities, restaurant on the poolside, and friendly staff, which is the only thing that bothers me the most is that the equipment can't work or has broken parts. But the negative things are people are not able to run outside and will be forced to use the hotel gym for that reason.
