I love this small art deco hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were immaculate and full of art and whimsy, and the location opposite a lovely small park and close to Chaultapec Park was green and beautiful. The free breakfast in the sunbathed rooftop bar was great. We want to return to have drinks and dinner on the treehouselike balcony! We walked to Chapultapec Castle and the Anthropology Museum, and we also enjoyed walking along the hippodromehorse tracktreelined avenue. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

I love this location and will undoubtedly return. I've stayed here three times over the past five years, and each visit has been better than the previous one. The structure and decor are lovely, and confess's location is great along Parquet Mexico. It is a beautiful, secure area with incredible architecture and all the eateries, bars, and cafes you could want. The patio restaurant is undoubtedly my favorite addition. The included breakfast is excellent and includes a variety of options, as well as the coffee. Oh, and upon check-in, they give you a mezcal pour, which is a quick way to my heart! From front desk to valet to waiters, the personnel is always welcoming and helpful. I'm aware there is no elevator to the upper level, and the rooms do not have lifts. None of them bother me personally, but you should know in advance if you require them.

The Motel Parquet Mexico remained there for three nights. Saturday through Monday. On the ground floor, we were in room 110. It was a little room, but as it was an older structure, it wasn't a problem. Our pals were in room 113. Our room had a fan, but we didn't use it, so we requested a heater to be brought in. The restroom is narrow and has little to speak of on the shelf. There was a coffee maker and a small fridge in the kitchen area. We never used a microwave, so we're not sure if it had one. The coffee package contains cream and sugar for coffee. The to was in the closet. A double bed was our bedroom. There was only one chair, though. Because the hotel is openair, it was wet immediately outside your room in the morning when it rained at night. The restaurant is on the third level, and there is an elevator to get there. We had their complimentary breakfast there, with a menu that was both Spanish and English. But even on the first night, they never allowed us to eat there, or the patio area on the street side. I'm not sure why. We never had dinner there, as the dining room was closed for the first night and all day Monday. And the free margaritas were only served on Thursdays fridays.
