I travel with 3 elderly people and remained there for 10 days in 2 different rooms. The keys they gave us kept malfunctioning, one room today the next, or both the same day. It wasn't that bad, but as I said, I was traveling with 3 elderly people and the receptionist was quite a walk from the rooms we occupied. Entering and exiting the parking lot is a hassle you must leave your car and call for the gate. They do not have bellhop services which would be a great help in that heat. I have to confess that the rooms themselves are well maintained and the air conditioning in the room I was staying in, but not in the other room. I would rate it a little higher, but for the fact that we had to walk in the heat of the day to keep the keys reprogrammed.
