We had a very clean and spacious room in the first floor! It was very nice and quiet! It appears to be a pretty new hotel! Very friendly staff! Wifi was the best we had in Mexico till now located very near to the center! If we ever come back, we will go to this hotel again!

Would definitely stay here again. Extremely welcoming, tidy, and thoughtful with the decor and amenities, including drinks and fruit in the fridge. Wonderful value, a few blocks from the main square, and excellent value for money. Off-street parking is also a plus. The three beds in the room were a nice convenience when traveling with the children.

We stayed at Hotel Real Colonial for three nights and had a great time. The building is conveniently located just one minute by walking from the main street and has a very pleasant ambiance with its yellow walls and tiny roof terrace decorated with plants and colorful vases. Our room was big with a king-sized bed and a very neat bathroom with an incredible shower. There is a wide car park right next to the hotel, which is convenient if you travel by car. Our room faced the street which was a bit loud in the morning and generally the curtains don't do enough to protect against the powerful Mexican morning light, but that's an easy fix with earplugs and an eye mask. Wifi is available and enough to browse and search things on the internet, although it is not very strong and not very stable.

The staff here was so kind, they helped us so much, especially Elvis, who helped us with any tips for future visits Mexico. The room was also very roomy and clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable. They also give free wifi to the patrons during the stay.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price and fantastic staff. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful visit. Not only did they help when our cooler broke just outside the doors, but they were also very helpful in providing great information about Valladolid and the surrounding area. The rooms themselves were modern compared to the other hotels we had stayed at during our trip and had a really good ac machine.
