The room looks great, but the inside tells a different story. Its an apartment type structure with the oldest equipment possible, an old school cut to, a really loud air conditioner, and very uncomfortable mattresses. The loud air conditioning is the good thing because it covers the noise coming from the outside and works fine. The bed linens and sheets we received were very worn, with holes and stains. When we arrived at night after a tiring journey, there was no hot water, the staff actually tried to help, so for his service, I would give it four stars. He was up on the roof in the morning to check the heater, and also checked another empty room, which also did not have hot water, so it was useless to switch to a new room. But he didn't speak much English. The faucet finally received hot water, but there was still no hot water from the shower in the morning. Wifi was not great in the room, if you tilt your phone to the reception, it is slightly better. We basically had to go downstairs to use the internet. Overall, not a good value, but you can get better hotels for the same price or if you spend a bit more and you can get a decent hotel. We booked this hotel through hotwire.
