I have to say the food was great. Way better than expected. The buffet had wonderful options and the restaurants were delicious! The pool and the beach were beautiful and well kept. The rooms were nice and had amazing AC. The overall hotel could get a little hot, especially in the elevators. And there wasn’t a lot of nightlife for the young adults in our party, but it was a great time for the younger kids. Would like to have seen more organized pool games also. And can’t forget the staff, they were very helpful and always available!

The stay at Iberostar was great staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and they provided several authentic Mexican food options. Entertainment team did a great job keeping our older teens and 10yr old entertained and playing games throughout the stay. Those kids stay entertained from 11am - 5p everyday and really really enjoyed the stay. They had a better experience then at past hotels that had more slides and lazy rivers etc…. As a water snob the refillable water station water is not that good. A hack is refill a small water bottle at the lobby bar water stations. The fruit infused water helps with taste and it is ice cold. Shops sale water bottles as well. Things I’ll never forget. Get up around 5am and go to the beach and you can watch sea turtles come in and lay their eggs on the beach. June - August peak season. The taco bar at the pool and handmade tacos they make at breakfast are amazing. I have a new found appreciation for the fresh corn tortilla. All around a great experience, I felt like I was in Mexico. Most resorts I’ve been to in Cancun try to hard to recreate American culture with music and food options. That was not the case, it felt like Mexico which was great.

AC didn't work 4 out of the 5 nights during our stay. They did offer us another room after we had already unpacked with a toddler. Too much of an inconvenience to swap rooms in the middle of various activities planned throughout

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Resort! Everything was excellent—the food was delicious, the resort was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great service, fun activities, and an amazing beach. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

The villa was very clean we got clean towels every day, mini bar restock every day the staff was very helpful and polite Pool was very clean. We had access to to the beach I really recommend this place out vacations were so pleasant Plus the food was delicious we enjoy everything but my favorite was the hibachi night. By the way you need to make a reservation in advance for the Hibachi dinner but it is worth it .

We just returned from our stay, and overall, it was a fantastic all-inclusive experience! From start to finish, the resort exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable getaway. What We Loved: Exceptional Entertainment: This was the highlight of our trip! The entertainment team put so much energy and creativity into everything they did. Whether it was the daytime activities or the evening shows, we were never bored and always found ourselves thoroughly entertained. Dining Highlights: The food quality was excellent throughout our stay, and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. A Quick Tip for Future Guests: Plan Your Dining: While the food is wonderful, a few of the restaurants do tend to fill up quickly during peak hours. If there is a specific restaurant you are excited to try, I highly recommend heading there a bit earlier in the evening to ensure you get a table without a long wait. we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this resort to others looking for a fun and stress-free vacation!

What an amazing resort! It's was bigger than I expected with lots of pools than other resorts I've been on. So there's definitely space anywhere to lounge in the pool . The food was good-solid 8/10, with lots of variety to eat at the buffet. They had a small ice cream van and a burger stand by the pool. Which were great to take a break from swimming and enjoying by the pool. Please, do make reservations for the Hibachi restaurant, which is one of the only restaurant that you will need reservations for. It was so good, with 4 small size course that was surprisingly filling. Also, the entertainment group were wondering throughout the resort, super helpful in promoting event and sessions they had. We had a painting class recommended to us by a entertainment worker, Jesus, that was super fun to do with my family. The host Alex and Jeff were super nice and fun to have hosting the class with the amazing painters teach us. Jesus was also a champ playing volleyball with my family when it was close to the end of the day and he was definitely tired. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely come again.
