The staff here was incredible! Antonio and Luis at The Beach House really helped to make the trip incredibly enjoyable. My wife and I went to the smoothie bar every day, which was such a nice touch to this resort. Rita’s taco house is no joke! I did not receive the gentleman’s name, but he worked the 5 o’clock bar from 7-3 each day. He was such a pleasure to speak with! Such a great experience. Next time we come back, we will for sure stay again.

Room were incredibly clean and the beach access was perfect for those wanting to swim and see some fish. Property was starting to show signs of aging and weathering, but not in a way that took away from the overall appeal. The resort is quieter than others, but perfect for those who want to relax and have excellent service from staff. The intermittent activities through the day were also nice to break up time in the sun. This was our second time visiting and we would definitely come again.

We had exceptional service. Caesar was amazing and went out of his way to make our dinners memorable. All the staff were attentive and nice. The resort was small and quiet, which we preferred for this trip. The room was cozy, clean and the perfect size for what we needed. We will definitely return to this resort.

Had a great stay here. The staff was fantastic. The property was very nice and rooms always clean & maintained. The food was pretty good, not fantastic but there were enough options to make most everyone happy. Wish there were a few more things to use your points for at Joe Merchants but other than that it was a great place to stay.

The rooms are very clean. The staff on site are constantly cleaning the resort day and night. Very good breakfast. They have a nice buffet or you can have freshly made eggs cooked for you or an omelette and they always have some fresh fruit, mimosas and a bloody Mary Bar. We did go to the spa and get a nice massage. It was great.

Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das man die Minibar täglich nach seinem Geschmack bestücken kann ist top. Das Essen ist lecker und theoretisch ist eine ausreichende Auswahl vorhanden. Morgens gibt es ein Buffet (Brot, Marmelade, Wurst/Käse und div Sache in Warmhaltebältern) - hier kann man sich zudem Eier in div. Formen frisch zubereiten lassen. Mittags und abends kann man aus einer Auswahl Lokalen wählen. Milchalternativen sind nur auf Nachfrage zu bekommen und dann und wann ist auch mal was nicht da wodurch - leider ohne Rückfrage - Gerichte anders als auf der Karte hergestellt werden ( z.b. Kroketten statt Pommes, Erdnüsse anstatt Cashews). Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber bei 5* eher nicht üblich. Es gibt auch Themenabende in Buffetform was hier allerdings schade ist, dass das Lokal gleichzeitig auch der Showraum ist und das Essen dadurch nur mit Unterbrechung möglich ist. Grundsätzlich kein Problem wenn man das entsprechend weiß und abpasst - ansonsten isst man quasi auf der Bühne ;) Die Getränkeauswahl ist umfangreich - einziges Manko das man nicht wirklich Karten an den Bars hat wodurch man sein Wunschgetränk abfragen muss. Eher unpraktisch. Ausnahme für Daiquiri, Margarita gibts Karten. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wellness haben wir nicht genutzt, aber das tägliche Nachfragen, ob man nicht doch Interesse hätte, haben wir irgendwann eher als störend empfunden. Strand und die Pools sind sehr gepflegt, wie die gesamte Anlage.
