I reserved 3 rooms for 1 night because other hotels had no spaces available, and this hotel had good ratings and looked decent. I didn't realize it. The rooms were fine, however, there was some dust in the corners. Drums were distributed throughout the lobby. You can tell the hotel is older. Check-in was simple. However, while we were out for supper, a hotel employee entered our room. He didn't knock and never anticipated seeing my son and daughter in the room. He frightened both my children, ages 18 and 14, to death. My daughter asked him what he wanted and he was sent to fix it. My daughter was shocked to see them when he asked him what he wanted them and claimed he had been sent to fix it. My daughter said the to doesn't have any issues and we never called anyone. Luckily, he left the room right away, which is definitely a frightening experience. Probably wouldn't it feel safe if my kids weren't there? Totally didn't feel at home.

The employees here were really friendly and helpful, and the room was so clean and comfortable. Moreover, the price was very worth it with their English-speaking employees. Plus, the breakfast was amazing.

This hotel is excellent for the money. Our shower leaked water onto the floor, making it slippery and messy. The majority of the personnel are extremely friendly and attentive. A few front desk ladies were a touch snobby and acted like they were workers at the Beverly Hills Hotel or another overly opulent Beverly Hills hotel. They were a little arrogant, but the gentleman I saw behind the counter the previous days were really kind. The restaurant's cuisine was excellent, and the entire crew was so helpful. The quesadilla maker is a lovely person. Tono, the floor manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. The baked goods were excellent. The man who bakes omelet stations were excellent, and the chef was also quite accommodating.

This is a very nice, comfortable business hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are well sized and the breakfast served is a huge selection of delicious coffee. The only issue was that the pillows were very lumpy, so if you are used to soft pillows, pack some in your bag! The room was also a bit chilly. But the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I went shopping in Guadalajara. I loved this hotel because it is in a great location. It has free wifi and a breakfast buffet with parking. The room was perfect, and the personnel were really friendly.
