STUDENTS POLICYa) Student Insurance: Customers between 18 and 25 years old must pay at th check-in, a non-refundable policy of $ 30 USD per person. Students / Young Travelers are defined as any guest of 25 years of age and younger traveling without a parent / legal guardian and is applicable in all Oasis properties mentioned, during the Spring Break season dates during the months February - April.ENVIROMENTAL TAXAn environmental tax of $4 USD per room per night needs to be paid at the check-inSERVICE FEEA $5 USD service fee per room per night will be charged at the check-in.

Credit cards issued to persons other than guest (i.e. parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Upon check-in, guests will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee in the amount of $33.00 USD (Charges apply for adults between 18-25 years old staying from February 22 to April 16. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old guest. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No guest under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1 to 19 youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round.
