It was a pleasure to stay here and will be back next year!. Check in was a bit awkward, but this wasn't the hotels fault, it was the application staff who didn't communicate very well with the front desk. The staff there handled it very professionally and everything was fine. When we walked in, our room was immaculate along with the entire house. We had a large deck that overlooked the west ocean, a wonderful shower, and a full kitchen as well. Housekeeping was there every morning and kept it immaculate. The entire team did a great job and everyone was very friendly and cheerful. There is a delicious restaurant on the roof, and a breakfast place on the first floor as well.

The hotel is located several blocks north of the end of the falcon and about 5 blocks inland. There was no reading lamp on the bedside shelf. The chairs in the room and on the patio were uncomfortable. The chambermaid did not service our room in the morning, but she showed up during the siesta, which was not at all convenient. I found the hotel to be uncomfortable. The hotel is not modern, but the wifi, to, and air conditioning all worked well.

Stay here with the locals, in the heart of the city, 3 blocks from the beach, unless you require an all inclusive resort experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and looked out onto the ocean, and we appreciated hearing an occasional crow from an urban rooster! The staff was kind, sincere, and accommodating, inspiring my limited Spanish. La traviata, the rooftop open air restaurant, was excellent, as was Las Menos, across the street. The lower level vegetarian restaurant was also great. I'm glad we got the opportunity to visit and experience Mexico!.

We will be back for another wonderful visit next year, but we miss the hotel and all the staff. We spent two months in this hotel in January and February 2018. We loved every second of our stay. It doesnt feel like staying at a luxury 5-star resort, but more like having family and friends. Our room was clean, had a small balcony for people watching, a king bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. It had everything we needed for a long stay. We loved going for breakfast and coffee breaks in a downstairs restaurant or dinner at La traviata restaurant located on the rooftop with one of the best views in town. We enjoyed our new years party there at the beginning of our stay. Its only a few blocks from the beach. The staff is bending back to please you, and after a while they all become very good friends.

Over ten years ago I stayed at this hotel and the quality of my room, service, and amenities has been perfect. The location is great because you are within walking distance to everything, shopping, falcon, buses. The front desk staff is always friendly and many speak English.

This hotel is situated in the centre and traditional zone of Puerto Vallarta. It is about two streets from the beach of Los Camarones and five streets from the coastal road of Malecón. In the hotel's vicinity lie plenty of restaurants. The sea can be reached in about 400 m, whilst Rio Cuale museum and the tourist centre are 1 km away.
