I would not return to this hotel. A very sad room with cheap furniture and a hard bed. The air conditioning did not work properly, and there was no free wifi, so my room was far from the stairs. No minibar nor coffee maker in the room. Tiring illumination. The bathroom was at least decent. Staff needs to be improved. The continental breakfast included in the room rate of 900 pesos was bad, so I would rather walk 100 meters and have breakfast in the nearest vips. There is no lift, so handicapped people will not be able to access the rooms. The hotel is in a small shopping mall with an aeromexico office, a bank, a supermarket, a fast food chinese restaurant, and some other shops, plus a relatively easy parking space. By the corner, there is a department store, cinemas, and other shops. Despite being far from the city center of Tapachula, the location is not bad, as taxis are inexpensive.

I highly recommend this as a hotel to stay in Tapachula. This hotel is half as expensive as the Holiday Inn hotel and has a better location. All tapachula buses stop in front of this plaza and you don't have to cross the street as you do at the Holiday Inn. Many cheap taxis are also available in the plaza along with the Aurora store, which is a Palmar outlet and has everything you could need to buy. A movie theater is right around the corner as is the Francis Department Store and Chudraui store. There is a bank ATM and other shops on the plaza itself. Its a comfortable location and it is easy to get to other places and the downtown from here. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost about 180 pesos. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience while staying here. After a long day of travel, we felt exhausted and glad to have our reservation cancelled at the local holiday inn express. We arrived at the plaza inn, where the inn is located. He.. we continued. We were starting to feel better thanks to the helpful front desk, but it soon became clear that this was one of those Mexicon hotels with no windows. It was almost entirely false. There was a sizable sliding glass door leading to a little private courtyard with a few palms. Since she is a smoker, my wife was delighted. The bed in the excellent king bed in the room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished. Around 23 euros per night at the lodging inn. In addition, the eatery Vips was right in our mood.

Friendly staff, clean room with all necessary for one night. There is a complimentary breakfast included in the room rate but it's somewhat basic. If breakfast is important, there is a vip restaurant right next to the hotel with a wide selection.

The employees were excellent! They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Very convenient to shop at home, including I Pot, Office Depot, Sams Club, and Palmar. As well as a simple can or bus ride to downtown and Playa Linda. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and had excellent air conditioning!.
