Overall, we had a wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was cordial and accommodating. We took the bikes out to explore and adored the umbrellas for the yearly downpour. For a deep bath in the large tub, the bath kit was wonderful. The lighting in the room was rather dim, and the unexpected $22 usd fee for a tiny load of laundry were the drawbacks. For a few items, the price was exorbitant, and they were missing one of my husbands socks. They have a sweat lodgetemecula, which I could tell was not advertised, but it would have been cool to know in advance if you needed to reserve a sweat. Give them advance notice, and theyll arrange it for you if thats your thing.

This hotel is located in a very desirable area. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. And then, the breakfast and snacks were really good.

We had a fantastic six-night stay at Pug Seal. Everyone was so hospitable and attended to all of our needs. Breakfast was superb. If you didn't see something on the menu, they would prepare it to your specifications. To top it off, they offered a bottle of Tequila for you to enjoy before bedtime! The shower was fantastic, and the bed was perfect. We can't say enough good things about this lovely boutique hotel. Also in a great location, half a block from Mexico City's greatest street, but very quiet. We can't wait to go back.

This is the best place to stay in Mexico City, the location of the hotel is strategic in Poland and near the city parks, museums, and restaurants. The room amenities are also fantastic. The staff always is helpful and nice. I also enjoyed the service provided, especially the kitchen work in the room, and the incredible breakfast. I really like how the massage we got here was perfectly executed.

This is the place for you if you like cute small boutique hotels and great service! In the middle of Poland, a very safe neighborhood, walking distance to shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The room is beautiful and spacious. The service is excellent. The included breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again!
