We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise in💪we struggled the first 2 days then we got used to it. I would definitely stay here again!

The room had a great view of the ocean. There is also a rooftop view available to others without a view (our view was enough in our case). The a/c worked well. The staff were always available when we needed them and helped us out a few times with directions. This was very helpful when we attempted the bus! I would not recommend if you have a wheelchair, walker or other mobility issues (but then, PVR itself would be an issue). Loved this place, very clean, modern and comfortable.

Staff were so nice I got to meet couple off staff remembers I don’t remember there names. First day we got there we met a gentleman and took good care of us brought our bag to our room while we got breakfast and had the A/C on for when we got there. Rooftop view was view amazing we had security. Room was clean kitchen was clean. No problem with loud music or anything. Close to restaurants/ beaches walking range. Will be staying there again! Thank you to the staff again. Juan and the other ladies I met. Make sure you are ready to walk up the stairs I did not mind it! We felt very safe being there and staying in puerto Vallarta Mexico and traveling to other cities/ towns near by. Wanted to input this here since the week that we stayed there, there was incidents regarding the burning of Oxxo and kiosco, the week before. There were reports stating it’s not safe/ but for me I did not see that and was able to walk at night/ daylight without any problem.

Everything was perfect, from check in to check out Our room featured a wrap around balcony which made our stay memorable The upper deck, although not private, was rarely used by anyone but ourselves Located in Centro makes walking all over Puerto Vallarta easy Yes there are stairs, but nothing that can't be conquered with a short break We will return again

Beautiful new hotel opened last year. There are rooms woth ocean view although mine was garden view. However, there is also an awesome rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Bahia de Banderas with chairs and tables and loungers open to use. Place is super clean, has a nice shared kitchenette for some cooking, and a nice area to eat, also with partial ocean and garden views. Location is great in the heart of PV, 15 mins walk you can reach north to Playa Camarones and all of the Romantic Zone to the south. Plenty of restaurants and bars steps from the door. Hughly reccomend No Se Nada for a nice dinner and PVs best burgers at Tertu both 1 block from Raices Nomadas 👌
